    Afghanistan

I struggle to find a major crisis that a Republican didn't start that a Democrat had to clean up.
  2. Why is it considered a negative for a person to evolve to become fully aware of social racial injustice? What is so troubling about a person choosing NOT to remain stuck in the outdated antiquated mindset of the stone ages? If you see one sided double standard BS, it should be called out regardless of race or status.

Been issued a challenge by HT (official)

    1. Was he banned? He is always on this message board 24/7. Honestly, it's a little shocking that he hasn't replied to this thread by now. 2. There is no focking HT in New York. Everyone knows this is the artist formerly known as RP. He was living in Montana as of 2018. 3. Not posting your picture on the internet doesn't prove anything. Some like to maintain some semblance of privacy. But again...HT doesn't exist.

    Rushmore of wrasslers

Hogan Flair Savage Sting ---------- Piper and Andre just miss the cut. Second biggest names in the business when it comes to mainstream appeal in the mid to late 80's. But were basically done as in ring performers shortly after. Austin and Rock were bigger stars than everyone (except for Hogan) but don't have longevity in their corner. They were only at the top for 4 years each due to injuries and acting. Hogan, Flair, Savage, and Sting were the faces of pro wrestling in their peak years in the mid 80's to late 90's.
  7. James Spader rocks as Red Reddington. Season 5 finale this Wednesday night.
  8. So much for being the Party of Law and Order, right? The Cops protect these House members from a deluded deceived mob of angry violent rednecks. You would think they would be worthy of a Congressional gold medal, no? Not when these 21 Repubs that voted against the bill fanned the flames of the alternate reality of conspiracy theory news. What happened to Blue Lives Matter? Only when the crime isn't being committed by the far right nuts that stormed the hill. Oh yeah. MTG voted no to the surprise of nobody. If AOC did the same on this bill, you guys would've posted a dozen threads about it.

    Tiki Barber

I would rather play against any other RB than focking Barber, it's like watching a slow death for the fantasy week unfold, you know I've held off LT, SA, M. Faulk, T.Davis, and E. Smith all in their primes to victories in the late game but whenever I have a 15 point lead vs Barber it never works for me. NEVER! The guys who are multiple TD's threats I'd rather play anyday, cause that way you can turn off the game when they finish you off early on. The GD bastards like Barber who just stab you in the gut touch after touch, if it's not a run then it's a pass, one way or another you know it's going to him and he will slowly decrease your 15-20 point lead as the clock ticks. The death blow always comes in the mid 4th, never early. I hate playing against Barber, there is simply no safety zone when facing that SOB. The Giants are up big, he will bury you in the rushing yards. The Giants are down big, they will dink and dunk to him and he'll pile up rec yards, in a tight game it's a double nightmare. I want him to retire after this season. I also wonder why he never fumbles anymore, that use to ease my doubts.

protesters tear down barricades and storm US Capitol

Ladies and Gentlemen.... The Party Of "Law And Order" Here's what happens when you listen to a dangerously incompetent violence inciting buffoon, whom always parrots every single lie from the alternate reality of conspiracy theory networks, but I am sure the right wing media will still be talking about Hillary's emails tonight.

    January 6th

Is this the day the Repubs stop being the biggest sore losers in the history of politics, while their umpteenth attempt to overturn the POTUS election results is soundly rejected, and Biden is declared the winner yet again? So pathetic. Far right delusion.

Democrats ahead in Georgia's U.S. Senate Races

As much as I want to see Warnock and Ossoff defeat Corrupt Robotic Kelly and Dirty David next week, cause the country is always worse off as a whole with the Repubs controlling the Senate, I still think there will be just enough country bumpkins to show up on election day to squeak this out. The redneck hillbilly uneducated white trash, which is the majority in the rural racist parts of that state, should have a slight edge in turnout. While it's great to hear reports of the Dems being up in early and mail voting compared to two months ago in a tight win for Biden, I would imagine it'll be the exact same for the Repubs and they only need to pull out one of the two races. It's going to be hard to win three state wide races in the deep south in the same election cycle. All of the Jim Bob's and Betty Ann's will show up in their matching camouflage outfits to stop the Dems from having control of all of DC. And then they will return to watching their conspiracy theory networks and buy into nothing but the most pathetic blatant misinformation on the planet. I am sure the next big story is Obama ran a stop sign in 1984 and Biden has known about it for 12 years.

2020 Geek of the Year ***Nomination Thread***

In terms of the all around game, Wiff should be the top choice. He is a steady consistent high quality poster, with the right balance in covering a variety of topics, and in a funny yet factual form of commentary. He doesn't get bogged down into the land of repetitive and predictable. If he is going to express an opinion about anything on this board (politics, sports, music, movies, television, etc) it will come directly from his own thoughts instead of parroting the words from the pundits and critics covering those same subjects. No right or left talking points loaded in bias as he will slam both sides from only his view. He won't allow a positive or negative review influence his opinion about a film or show. He is able to be honest and objective about what he sees and feels. While some may not always agree, he keeps it real as possible.

    Cobra Kai

Easily the best rebooting continuation of a classic series. Out of all the movies or shows that have been revisited several decades later, this one definitely does the most justice to the original. It's been a wonderful nostalgia ride though the first two seasons, with the overall storytelling being stronger than excepted. SPOILER * * * * * * * Favorite episode was the Cobra Kai reunion. It's a shame that McQueen wouldn't return as Dutch.

    My favorite cover song

  20. I was watching the latest episode of the series "CNN 2000's" and the main story was the 2008 election. McCain was hosting what looked like a town hall a month before the big vote. A old racist toothless conservative hag took the mic to say "I don't trust Obama. He is an Arab" and McCain shot that down right away. McCain: No, ma'am. He is a good decent family man. A bunch of southern hillbilly country bumpkins in the crowd started chanting against Obama. McCain: No, sorry. We are not going to do this. We will treat him with respect. My only issue with him is we disagree. It might have cost him votes. It might have pissed off his party. But that man is a true class act.

John McCain is a really good man

Bump for the reminder. As a whole, this country and senate is a little weaker since this great american hero passed away. It's a shame how his party turned on him for trying to do the right thing.

    Waco - Netflix Documentary

He was riveting in this role. I was surprised it didn't result in any award nominations. My favorite moment of the series was the last minute of episode five. Koresh rocking out to that song from the Lost Boys from the top floor of the compound. Great show. Loved watching it.

    The Last Dance

I know. I remember well. The Bulls and Lakers were in talks about a Scottie Pippen and Eddie Jones trade during the 1997 NBA draft. Peter Vescey reported this live on TNT at the end of the night. Buss didn't want to pay another max contract was the sticking point.

    #OBAMAGATE

Oh look. What a surprise. Another baseless conspiracy theory by the right wing to deflect and distract from the real story. Not rooted in any facts as usual in this twelve year fantasy land game of trying desperately to beat Obama. Keep on reaching and spinning over nothing like always.

    Mitt Romney is LOSER!!

True. Romney is the only Republican left in the Senate that ever puts country over party. McCain and Flake were the only others left that weren't corrupt to the core and always tried to do the right thing. Never sold their soul. Kept their legacy intact. Everyone respects them except the Trumpers.
