Any recourse with a car dealership on a vehicle?
IGotWorms replied to cyclone24's topic in The Geek Club
Theres an exception to every rule (assuming the story about your “buddy” is even true), but typically if you’re having to try to resort to lemon laws and such, you’ve already lost. HTH -

Five years old? Good luck. Even if brand new you would probably be screwed other than the warranty. Sorry but that’s just how it goes. -
I was sure this was going to be a Bunny thread, with videos of fat chicks trying to stretch

Is it from your first ghey pron? Congrats

I think it’s probably just the driver. Probably part of the reason why Rashee is lying low until they can arrange a fall guy and get stories straight. Also like to sober up or allow drugs to leave system

PENALTIES FOR LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT The penalties for leaving the scene of the accident depends on the type of accident, if anyone was injured or killed, and the value of the damage. Failing to stop after a car accident, hitting an unattended car, or hitting a fixture or structure is: Class C misdemeanor, if the damage to all fixtures and landscaping is less than $200; or Class B misdemeanor, if the damage to all fixtures and landscaping is $200 or more. The penalties for leaving the scene of an injury accident or fatal accident are more serious. Failing to stop at the scene of an accident involving injury or death is: A second-degree felony if the accident resulted in death, A third-degree felony if the accident resulted in serious bodily injury, or A county jail felony if the accident did not result in death or serious bodily injury. The criminal penalties for leaving the scene of an injury accident can result in prison time, jail time, and/or fines.

Exactly. Like I said above, I don’t believe immigration is the most important issue. It’s an issue, sure, but I think several others are more important. -

2024 NFL Draft Profile - QB Jayden Daniels
IGotWorms replied to Mike FF Today's topic in FFToday Board
Love Daniels as a player and the explosiveness is undeniable. I would be ecstatic if the Patriots got him. But man, will he hold up? I would not surprised if he was like Anthony Richardson last season. Extremely dynamic and exciting player … who lasted all of five or six games. -
Nice. I really like Maye and, as a Patriots fan, I would be pretty happy if they drafted him. But… my one real concern, is those hands. They’re tiny for an NFL QB. Now, I do think the measurement is a bit overblown. There are plenty of good/great QBs with “average” (for NFL starting QBs) hand size and some sh1tty QBs with huge mitts. But generally it seems you should be at the 9 1/4” range or better, and Maye is below that.

Case in point How can it be a “hit piece” when it is literally Trump’s own platform. Are you saying he hasn’t said that repeatedly? You just blow it off as Trump talking crazy. Which may be true — but why would you want a president that’s known for just saying a bunch of random sh1t no one can put any stock in?

I think the real question is how much do you care about the topic? For Trumpers, this is #1A of their concerns. For me, it’s pretty far down there. I’d have to list them out to say for sure but I imagine it’s probably fifth or sixth in terms of large, big picture issues like the economy, healthcare, foreign relations etc. So it’s not necessarily that we disagree. I’m against illegal immigration too because it is, well, illegal. It’s just that Trumpers focus almost exclusively on that issue while others see it as merely one of many important issues. -
It’s just back to the whole thing with Trump. Nobody really puts much stock in what he says. Not even his supporters. So if you don’t like this, you can just blow it off as “he doesn’t really mean that” or “he’s just bloviating.” Which traditionally would’ve been a death knell for a presidential candidate. How can you have a guy leading the free world where nobody can put any stock in what he says? It’s completely erratic. But somehow Trump has always managed to avoid those consequences. Probably a sign of the times, really. People are so disillusioned that they no longer expect or even want a steady hand in leadership. Seems like that won’t end well but I guess we’re just going to have to find out.

They all do though. Christ they arrive to game day like it’s a focking catwalk. Not saying I like it, but I’m not sure this is appreciably different.
