Lunatic Alabama Supreme Court: frozen embryos are children
IGotWorms replied to IGotWorms's topic in The Geek Club
If destroying an embryo is killing a child, it’s not necessarily that far fetched, now is it? -
Lunatic Alabama Supreme Court: frozen embryos are children

Not how the electorate is going to see it. And they’d be right -
Oh boy. biden did a great job half-assing this effort. Worst president of all time other than obama.

The record speaks for itself. Overturning Roe is on Trump, and no amount of spin will change that -

Lunatic Alabama Supreme Court: frozen embryos are children
IGotWorms replied to IGotWorms's topic in The Geek Club
Man you are stupid. Your typical civil claim would be for destruction of property. Hey those were my embryos and you destroyed them out of stupidity. But that wasn’t this case. This case was hey those embryos were children and you killed them. Alabama Supreme Court said yes. Only a complete focktard couldn’t see the implications -
Lunatic Alabama Supreme Court: frozen embryos are children
IGotWorms replied to IGotWorms's topic in The Geek Club
No one said the bolded. That’s you making sh1t up. And it wasn’t just any civil case, it was for WRONGFUL DEATH. As for the rest, there are certainly many implications from overturning Roe and then in Alabama with that courts ruling. Obviously there are, otherwise Trump and the GOP would never have had to “clarify” that they support IVF -
Of course he’s a pedo. Was good buds with Epstein.

MSNBC's Claire McCaskill angrily demands media stop fact-checking Biden
IGotWorms replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
You’re right, you’re not smart. ”Collusion” isn’t even a thing. It never was. It’s “conspiracy,” and the only reason it wasn’t found was there was no direct link uncovered. Trump wanted Russian assistance and Trump got Russian assistance, but Mueller didn’t think he could tie the two together. Which is kinda dumb, but he is a conservative prosecutor (in terms of his approach to cases, not politically). -

Sorry dude, thought you knew? I mean, we made it pretty obvious -
Yeah playing hooky from work a few times. Saw the new Star Wars with daisy ridley, that was fun. In my younger days I went and saw The Ring by myself while killing an afternoon until a friend I was visiting was off from work. I was the only one in the theatre That was scary

Lunatic Alabama Supreme Court: frozen embryos are children
IGotWorms replied to IGotWorms's topic in The Geek Club
First off, this barely makes sense. But you do understand that the Alabama Supreme Court IS the highest court in Alabama, yes? Highly doubt there’s a federal question for the US Supreme Court to take on here. Not after striking down Roe -

Former FBI informant charged with lying about the Bidens’ role in Ukraine business
IGotWorms replied to Mike Honcho's topic in The Geek Club
They didn’t impeach on using Russian assistance to win the election, that’s true. But once that groundwork was established, they did impeach when Trump got up to dirty tricks again with attempting to blackmail Ukraine for assistance in his race against Biden and also for, you know, trying to overthrow the government after he lost the election. GOP let him off. Didn’t even really claim that he was innocent, just that they weren’t going to convict him anyway -

CNN — The University of Alabama at Birmingham health system became the first organization in the state to confirm it is pausing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment following an Alabama Supreme Court ruling that found frozen embryos are children, the health system said in a statement to AL.com. The system said it was “saddened” for patients interested in the IVF process. “We must evaluate the potential that our patients and our physicians could be prosecuted criminally or face punitive damages for following the standard of care for IVF treatments,” university spokesperson Hannah Echols told AL.com.
