Anyone know a great pizzeria in Midtown Manhattan?

Joe’s is super good. Went this place on Bleecker street once that was awesome. Forget the name though, pretty sure it had bleecker street in it? -
New YorkCNN — Leon Cooperman, the hedge fund billionaire who has famously clashed with Sen. Elizabeth Warren over her proposed wealth tax, is cautioning voters against returning Donald Trump to the White House. “It would be terrible for the country if Donald Trump were reelected,” Cooperman told CNN in a phone interview late last week. “He’s a divisive human being who belongs in jail.” It’s rare for a Wall Street figure to make such critical comments about Trump, at least publicly. Cooperman, in the past, has donated to mostly Republicans and forcefully battled with Warren over her proposed Ultra-Millionaire Tax. But the billionaire has previously said he voted for Joe Biden in 2020 “very reluctantly.” Cooperman told CNN he’s not thrilled with the prospect of a Biden-Trump rematch in 2024, calling them both “bad choices.” Cooperman said he expects neither Trump nor Biden will be their party’s respective nominee next fall. But Cooperman added that if it is a Biden-Trump rematch, he likely won’t vote. “I’m looking for centrists, not radical left or right,” said Cooperman, who donated to Republican Chris Christie’s 2024 campaign over the summer, according to federal records.

Is Jimmy trying to get benched?

Can you knock it off with this garbage in a football thread?

I probably would drop Foreman for Herbert
-
Snoop was a fun show. I’m not into gangsta rap at all but the guy does know how to entertain
-
Who the fock knows. Herbert was going to be the main guy, and had some decent success before the injury, but he’s never been a bellow or anything close to it before, and possibly just cannot hold up under significant touches. Foreman, a journeyman guy, maybe he has some relevance especially if Herbert were to get hurt again. Roschon, the relative unknown. The most upside perhaps, but probably because we haven’t seen his downside yet. Coaches seem quite reluctant to fully turn it over to him yet for whatever reason. None are great, all are justifiable as holds at least

It really depends if you’re the assh0le trying to shove past people or looking for any tiny little sliver of daylight, or if the aisle truly is clear and the people in front simply are not trying to get off the plane in a timely fashion
-
Yes. Now at some point if they’re being so slow as to effectively concede their place in “line,” and they don’t have some excuse for moving slow (disabled, old, small children), then maybe the situation shifts. But tread carefully
-
Yes, because that’s the way it works. You are waiting in line, and everyone in every row in front of you is in that line. Unless, of course, they’re continuing on to another destination, or they’ve taken themselves out of the line for whatever reason.

These are all rationalizations (probably not even founded) for why you support Putin. But the real, underlying reason you support Putin is: Trump does. It’s pathetic and, imo, un-American
-
Yeah new album is pretty meh from what I’ve heard
-
Some of it, like Adam’s song and stay together for the kids, would age well. But stuff like what’s my age again? Oh man I would cringe
-
Well the explanation is as simple as it is sad: Trump’s butt buddy Vladimir Putin is not on the other side of the Israel equation
-
I don’t think Israel’s actions are going to help that. Not unless they go for total eradication of Hamas and anyone like them which 1) does not seem realistic and 2) would result in incalculable collateral damage

I’m trying to decide whether to go see Blink 182 at the Columbia River Gorge next summer. Amazing venue. But do I give a sh1t about Blink 182? I did like some of their songs back in the day, but even then, I’m not sure I would’ve actually gone to a concert.
-
Yes, you have to wait, and you’re an assh0le if you don’t. Only exception would be if it was actually their turn to get off, and they didn’t move with purpose at that point. Assuming they aren’t elderly or disabled or don’t have a bunch of little kids or whatever

Ex-NHL player Adam Johnson dies after reportedly suffering neck injury during game

Todd Bertuzzi was criminally charged. They should certainly look at whether this guy should be, as well -
Ok good, we agree then: there are limits
