In this case I cannot imagine that there is not competing evidence as to the valuation of these properties. It’s not a great case. So much of real estate is subjective. It’d be one thing if they could point to a bank that was unable to recover on the collateral because it wasn’t actually anywhere near as valuable as Trump said it was.
