Not going down some bizarro rabbit hole with you. Jeez that Walz guy is right — y’all are just focking weird
-
Oh okay, I thought maybe you had more then the general MAGA “I don’t believe facts I don’t like” thing
-
Weak sauce. You can do better than that. Okay, you can’t, but a half-decent poster could.

That it’s down? Seems objectively accurate: https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2024/06/10/us/us-violent-crime-rates-statistics

I like it when Pete goes on Fox News and schools the MAGAs. You should check it out

Biden’s plan for Supreme Court reform

If they weren’t qualified, they shouldn’t have been confirmed. But they were confirmed so STFU. This bullsh1t of trying to go back 20-30 years and litigate who was and was not a “DEI hire” for their first focking job is stupid. Don’t care if it’s kagan or barret or who the fock ever. -
He’s a good actual player but I’m not sure he’s so much a great fantasy player. Last year might’ve been his high water mark especially with Ekeler there now. I’d probably take him as my RB4 but I’m sure somebody else will value him more

Biden’s plan for Supreme Court reform

Term limits and code of ethics are good and necessary moves. Term limits shouldn’t really help either “side” but I guess a fair approach would be to grandfather in current SC Justices. Code of ethics — there’s always an assh0le that makes these rules necessary. We made it a couple hundred years but then Clarence Thomas and, to a lesser extent, Samuel Alito, had to push the boundaries with all manner of grift and conflict. Blame that dipsh1t if you don’t like it. Constitutional amendment limiting immunity - sounds good but Biden knows it’ll never happen. We can’t agree on sh1t these days but you’re gonna get a supermajority and then ratification by however many states? Yeah right -
Trump talk only- no Eagles talk allowed (Steelers talk is OK though)
IGotWorms replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
I’d say the best news is that Harris’ favor ability rating has improved quite a bit and right now is looking much better than Trump’s. We’ll see if that holds but it’ll be major if it does -
You don’t read too good

Not really a huge mystery as to his motivation: Mr. Crooks already had the AR-15-style semiautomatic rifle he brought to the rally. He purchased it in October from his father, who had acquired it legally in 2013. He began to receive packages at his house in the Pittsburgh suburbs, including fertilizer pellets and radio devices. He would later use some of this material to build rudimentary bombs, two of which were found in his vehicle after the shooting and another in his home. Mr. Crooks had started searching online for information on famous people, including the F.B.I. director, Christopher A. Wray, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland, President Biden and Mr. Trump. He also looked up “major depressive disorder.” On July 3, Mr. Trump’s campaign announced the rally in Butler for 10 days later, and Mr. Crooks narrowed his focus to the former president — and to past assassinations. On July 6, Mr. Crooks typed in an ominous phrase. “He did a Google search for ‘How far away was Oswald from Kennedy?’” Mr. Wray told a congressional committee last week.

Why?

Never even heard of Walz. I guess he would have the advantage of not outshining Harris.

I’ve been to a few. Back when I was in college and then Bernie in 2016. Was working on my degree for the first one and had to leave my job early for the second. ‘Course those aren’t MAGA rallies. I assume most of those people are on the government dole while simultaneously raging against the government. You know, like red states as a whole -
I like him but they need PA and the Midwest. Does Kelly help them there?

Was the Biden on our tv screens AI generated? Fockin dumbass

We need more posters here, not less. And at least Tim doesn’t just clutter up threads with stupid Twitter memes

She’s putting dem t1tties out there for sure. I guess I don’t really blame her, that’s just kinda the state of the world these days

This whole thing about whether a bullet hit Trump’s ear or not is weird. I don’t know why he doesn’t just give over actual medical records. That said, I don’t know why the justice department is publicly questioning whether a bullet hit his ear — that would be pretty stupid without some real solid reason for questioning it. Anyway, the whole thing is just odd.

You gotta nail these top picks because there’s usually a pretty decent drop off between the cream of the crop and that next tier. Last year if you had CeeDee or Tyreek that was a huge advantage, if you had Amon Ra that wasn’t quite as great but still a significant leg up. So here are the top 10 this year by ADP (half PPR) and the case against each: 1. CeeDee Lamb: QB Dak Prescott may come back to earth a bit after career year. Both he and Prescott have contract issues at the moment. 2. Tyreek Hill: Turned 30. Jaylen Waddle resurgence on the horizon. 3. Justin Jefferson: QB, QB, QB. Whether it’s McCarthy or Darnold, they may not be good, and they’re probably not going to be pass happy. Tough schedule too, with bad QB. 4. Jamarr Chase: Joe Burrow health concerns. Presence of Tee Higgins. 5. Amon-Ra St Brown: Run first team. Loaded offense with other dynamic playmakers in Gibbs and LaPorta. Those two were rookies last year and figure to be even more involved this year. 6. AJ Brown: Presence of Devonta Smith (who out produced Brown down the stretch last year). 7. Puka Nacua: Not much of a track record. Would face more competition from Kupp if Kupp plays a full season. Stafford isn’t getting any younger. 8. Garrett Wilson: Rodgers coming back but he’s nearly 41, coming off major injury and hasn’t played in a full year. 9. Marvin Harrison Jr: Rookie. Could be a run heavy offense. Bit of a question mark with Kyler Murray 10. Devante Adams: 31. May be on downswing. QB play remains poor to atrocious
