So then when she’s SELECTED as Vice President it isn’t because she was AG and a US Senator? He’s right in this case. Pulling a hypothetical is not very strong. Now that she is the presumptive candidate we’ll get some more reliable data. Maybe she does better now that it looks like the party’s coalescing around her, maybe she does worse now that people realize they would have to actually pull the lever for her. We shall see

I certainly get your concerns. The metrics especially give me pause. People say the giants sucked and that’s true, but in theory some of these metrics shouldn’t be much affected by that. I am not too concerned about the tush push as I believe the eagles will not want to use it as much. People say kelces retirement also will limit it. I don’t know about that but I do think there would be concerns about injury to the QB and then also there’s the possibility the league steps in and bans it. I dunno, I just get the sense they want to move away from that and Barkley is part of that plan. But is he the same guy as he used to be? Probably not. I doubt he’s fully washed up though and I could see one or two good seasons from him in Philly.

Certainly to get rid of the actual amendment, but in terms of how broadly or restrictively you interpret those amendments and the rights they provide, there’s quite a lot of room there. For example, in theory, the bill of rights only applies to the federal government and not the states. Now the fourteenth amendment has been interpreted as applying some (but not all) of the bill of rights to the states. But you could undo that and, voila, it’s all states rights just like @Reality wants
