It’d be kinda cool if they aired that. A modern day walking of Cersei through King’s Landing -

All this stuff about the charges was already argued and decided in the motions to dismiss. I am sure there will be an appeal but until that’s heard and decided, these are really moot points -

Well said. Hopefully there are enough people left in this country who can still respect the verdict, whatever it may be -
Oh now you’re excusing pedophilia! Color me shocked

His tweets often indicate he’s a nutjob. Basically any right wing conspiracy he buys into. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was even into “chemtrails” and crap, that’s how nutso he can seem. But I dunno, it must be an act to some extent because I can’t see how he could be such a successful businessman if he really is that unhinged.

I have never heard of that before. It is a little strange. I’m guessing it’s a New York thing but really don’t know -
Wouldn’t mind his input on stuff like manned space programs (which we’ve basically privatized) and trade

Wanting the instructions re-read on drawing inferences could be bad for Trump. What I’ve been saying all along is even if you completely disregard the entirety of cohen’s testimony, you can still easily get there through circumstantial evidence and inferences (which is how most cases are made) -
Hollywood expected “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” to scorch the box office over the holiday weekend. Instead, the big-budget Warner Bros. prequel iced it over. “Furiosa,” which cost $168 million to make, not including tens of millions of dollars in marketing costs, collected an estimated $25.6 million in the United States and Canada from Thursday night to Sunday. Box office analysts expected the film to take in about $5.4 million on Monday, for a holiday-weekend total of $31 million. That would be the worst Memorial Day weekend result in 43 years after adjusting for inflation — ever since “Bustin’ Loose,” a comedic drama starring Richard Pryor, collected $24 million in 1981. (Box office records exclude 2020, when most theaters were closed because of the coronavirus pandemic.) The franchise’s previous chapter, “Mad Max: Fury Road,” took in $45.4 million in 2015, or roughly $61 million in today’s dollars — and that was without the benefit of a holiday weekend. Gee, I don’t know, maybe come up with an original idea for a change?

Supreme Court thinks 2020 election stolen

I’ve known about it for a couple years now. My POS white supremacist neighbors like to fly it in a rotation with don’t tread on me and the blue line one. There’s a few others I don’t understand but I’m sure they’re even worse -

Can’t say as I’m surprised, but this is bullsh1t: Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. declined on Wednesday to recuse himself from two cases arising from the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol after reports that flags displayed outside his houses appeared to support the “Stop the Steal” movement. In letters to Democratic members of Congress who had demanded his recusal, Justice Alito said that the flags, at his home in Virginia and a beach house in New Jersey, were flown by his wife, Martha-Ann. “My wife is fond of flying flags,” the justice wrote. “I am not. She was solely responsible for having flagpoles put up at our residence and our vacation home and has flown a wide variety of flags over the years.”
