Google says Gulf of Mexico will change to Gulf of America in Maps app:

Oh noes, The Netherlands might laugh at us$#@! You just don't get it. The world was laughing at us when paid a shiot-ton of money for NATO, WHO, Green New Deal, and apologized for not paying more. Now they see that the era of them being second-hander leaches on our dime is coming to an end. Any one rando citizen of these worthless countries may laugh, because their government has lied to them and convinced them that their country is relevant. But I assure you, the leadership of these countries is not laughing. One can argue the relative value of the changes, but the message is clear: For McKinley, no more apologizing for our manifest destiny. For the Gulf of America: Speaking of manifest destiny, we've got more coastline and do way more with this water, so let's just take that name as well. -
Great minds think alike.

I heard Greenland would become Mar-A-Igloo -
It's not linear. A single child gets doted on by both parents. With two, each gets individual parent attention. We ended up with three, where you need to play a zone defense vs. man to man. At this point kids learn valuable lessons like patience, since your son for instance is stuck sitting in the dance studio lobby waiting for his sisters' class to end. I imagine by six, the dynamic is something like Lord of the Flies meets Hunger Games. My bro's wife is the youngest of eight. Countless times people have said to her "OMG, why did your parents have eight kids?!" which is basically saying, "you should never have been born."

Thanks. From your link: Glad we could clear that up. -
By ignored, I think you mean requested an extension so that he could explore a solution (that solution including TikTok selling their US ownership). I presume that in your line of business you understand the value of a major social media provider like TikTok to the economy. But if not, let me know.
-
I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish here. I presume you are smart enough to know that TikTok is a Chinese Psy Op whose main purposes are to collect data on our young idiots, and to influence the thoughts of said young idiots. If you aren't smart enough to recognize this, let me know, and we can try a different discussion.

I would do both bets, with and without Cantlay winning. Or maybe add Cantlay as a top 5 or 10, to be more precise.

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Revelation 20&version=NIV It is clear in many places in the Bible, which the Catholics provided you btw, that merely accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior is insufficient for salvation. I would argue that your insistence on driving people away from God and Jesus is not helping you out in this area. Amen thanks. -
Someone needs to take Woodland to make Lager's parlay happen$#@!
-
I would consider this, although I'm cautiously optimistic about Lager's parlay. My brother is in Ft. Lauderdale doing construction at the airport, so I could go see him as part of this trip.

Not impressed? She was more in control of the room than KJP ever was. -
Also, on a random golf note: I think I mentioned here that I got a 4-pack of golf lessons for my son and me for Christmas. We had the first lesson last week. I've never had a lesson, because I always think I'm the smartest person in the room. After watching one, maybe two of my swings with a wedge, the instructor pointed out that I was doing a low backswing, inside-out type of swing which was restricting my (already bad) flexibility and, contrary to what you (and by you, I mean "I") would think, causing me to push irons to the right, unless I Mr. Snappy'd them to the left. He had me work on a 1/2 to 2/3 speed swing with an exaggerated straight back takeaway. Also had me stand a little farther away from the ball. We moved to a 7 iron, and holy shiot, I was hitting the ball close to 150 yards with what felt like barely a swing. Unfortunately, I've been laid up with a fever the past few days, but I have managed to work in some time in the back yard just building the muscle memory for the swing. I'm hoping to get to the range at least once before the next lesson this Saturday (we plan to get there early and hit some balls before the official lesson). Anyway, other than the fever thing, I'm super stoked for this. We're working on long clubs this weekend, then chipping (my worst) as part of the next one.

If it hits, you are sponsoring an Edex drug-fueled golf orgy this spring or summer.

Catholics wear a crucifix, which includes Jesus on the cross. Protestants wear a cross, I believe claiming that Jesus is not there because he was raised from the dead. I've always felt like that was an excuse to not build the much-more-difficult crucifix, but whatever. Weepaws wears a surfboard because the founder of his cult was a surfer dood from SoCal. -

Technically I'm retired, but only because cancer was supposed to kill me. Stupid cancer, doesn't know how stubborn I am. Anyway, I occasionally think about going back to work to keep busy, but most of you seem less busy than I am, so I'm torn...
-
Yeah, I'm not betting against that.

Clocaine is going to make a great pick, I just know it!

I'm happy to say that the name is familiar but not the face.

They also have a Yacht Rock show coming up; I have friends who went and it looked hella shmaltzy and fun.
-
Actually, no. Looks like a cool venue though. I might look into the Apocalyptica show on 3/1 -- they are cello band that does metal songs, looks like this show is a tribute to Metallica.
