I'd ask for a link, but you suck at the internet. And life.
  4. Decades ago, I was up 10 with like 30 seconds to go in MNF, which was a classic Jets/Dolphins game which ended in the high 40s. I was in Vegas, NYNY to be exact, during our annual sales kickoff meeting. My opponent had the Dolphins TE and kicker. The dolphins drove down 40+ yards, all in passes to the TE (no PPR), and the Dolphin kicker made a 50+ yd FG to win the game, which was worth... 6 pts. When he lined up for the kick, I would have bet my house that he was going to make it. Second worse was this year which actually ended in a tie. I was up 0.2 and had Goff with the Lions locking up the win on MNF. Goff took two knees, each worth -0.1 rushing.
  5. I've been assured by @squistionand @The Real timschochet that all trans folks are that way from birth, and it has nothing to do with having a father that most likely abused him/her, like so many other trans folks with history of abuse and other psychological comorbidities. I mean, why would a girl who was sexually abused develop a hatred for her gender? It makes no sense, it must be genetic! Let's not treat the underlying issue, let's just lop off some body parts and give the parents some SJW points.

gay geeks that cook - spices

Montreal Steak seasoning is a go to. My wife just prepped a brisket (cooking it today) with Kinder's Woodfired Garlic seasoning. We like to support local-ish companies so we use different spices from Prescott Spice Company: https://prescottspicecompany.com/ For a little heat we use Smokey Southwest or Chipotle Dust from there.

College Football Playoffs - we sure needed 12 teams

ND beat Indiana 27-17, although Indiana scored 14 in the 4th to make it look respectable. IMO, the main problem is that the super conferences have gotten so big that teams are sneaking through without playing anyone tough. SMU didn't play Miami or Syracuse, and lost to Clemson. Indiana beat a down Michigan, but got killed by Ohio State and didn't play Penn State. Clemson won their conference, and I like putting in all of the conference winners, so I hope they keep that. Tennessee I think just had the bad fortune of playing what IMO is one of the top two teams in the country (along with Oregon).

    Where's BOYO?

Yeah, I remember him posting and thinking he had a pretty good attitude about the L. But then, poof!

    Where's BOYO?

Do you recognize any current handles as being him? I don't. I think he just got broken during the last election. It happened in 2016, we lost a few leftie posters after that as well.
  13. Another great one. I can't believe Colin Jost does this for a living then goes home to bang Scarlett. Dude's living the life.

    Let's go Penn State. Texas..Tennessee.

I like that the conference champs all make the playoffs, but i think they'll do away with giving the top 4 the byes. They'll probably just give the top 4 ranked teams the byes.

Regarding my bets, yahtzee! I agree with your post. No way they reduce the number of teams tho. Too much revenue

You think Jesus would have quoted Peter? Also, Jesus was clear that the path to heaven was through acts. You seem to think it is merely believing in him, and quoting from a series of short stories about him. Amen thanks.

21-10 at half, good job by Tennessee to score at the end to make sure OSU keeps their foot on the gas pedal in the second half. I'm liking my odds in both bets. BetMGM is as well, offering me about 70% to cash out.

Hey @weepaws, what do you think Jesus would have said to a gay couple, had he met them?

Last game is OSU -6.5 and over 46.5. 21-0 OSU in the first, both are looking good early. I know you liked Tennessee @jbycho; I didn't really see them much, but I watch a lot of Big 10 (wife went to Michigan) and while Michigan beat them, OSU is super talented, perhaps the most talented team in the country IMO. Also it's below freezing.

I have a bad feeling about the odds bet...

    Pizzeria

No. Unless the gay couple asked for something creative, like sausage links and meat balls placed in a cack and balls position, there is no reason to not sell them pizza. Also, pizza catered to a wedding? Pretty high-brow.

I stand to get a payout of $139 if I win the over/under bet. BetMGM will give me $60 to cash out now. Tempting, although I would probably wait until I get the over in this game (31-17 now, need 3 points). I probably won't, since I do this for the rooting interest more than the money.

    Let's go Penn State. Texas..Tennessee.

31-10 in the 3rd. Odds bet looks good. Good pace for the over, just need 10 more points.

Thanks. Good start to Texas/Clemson for the over. My first two games won the unders, now I have two overs (Ohio State/Tennessee o 46.5). The gambler in me realizes unders are generally better, but it's frustrating as crap rooting for them, to me anyway. Also, I don't mind if Clemson wins. The winner plays Arizona State which is my team, and I'd rather they play Clemson. I don't put much money on these kinda crazy bets ($10, +720-ish for the odds parlay). I'll be upset if Texas wins but doesn't cover though.
