Well, several of his posts were to me after pointing out that you didn't take your crow very well. Thanks though! -

I'm not just talking about this thread, but his overall postings since the election throughout this place, including the thread about you not eating your crow. In that thread I thought he came off weird, like he was looking for an internet fist fight to defend your honor. I mean, he knows you from here and the Sanctuary, so he should know that you are capable of defending yourself. But, I don't want to go too far down this rat hole because I was trying to keep this to serious discussions about the Trump presidency, so feel free to respond if you want, and we can wrap this up. -

Quite impressive! I've got the link to their actual paper open and plan (hope?) to make some sense of it. -
A bazillion things have changed in our society in the past several decades. As a science person, this is an unfounded conclusion on the surface. The onus is on you to show that they cause autism, and/or to rule out all other possible causes. I will add that for a long time, my wife (also an engineer) and I have joked that we've always had people on the autism spectrum, they just went into tech fields. We've worked with a bunch of them. In other words, it's possible that a good number of the increases in autism are due to a hyper awareness of it, and/or over diagnosis.

The personal attack is because, as I just said, you seem particularly unhinged. You don't see it -- unhinged people rarely do. But I'll address your points. To paraphrase you from a few days ago, you don't read well. I told you Tim Hauck has the receipts. I haven't seen him here today. But he is the staunchest defender of the Covid vax here. I'll wait to see if he responds. On the tariffs -- first search shows you are right, for Japan anyway. I haven't looked into EU countries. If he was FOS, it shouldn't take long for the leftist MSDNC to confirm it. Once that plays out, I'll do the appropriate mea culpa. That being said, it seems that there are significant impediments to selling American cars in Japan, and the trade difference is startling. I could see things changing in the way auto trade happens. -

I can feel my laptop shaking from the rage on your end. Maybe go talk to somebody, mkay? You were once a good poster here, and I'm confident you can be that again. -
You are the poosay. You saw the "fire" of a difficult election, and you chose to hide under your bed and let the fire consume you, instead of being a man and making a difficult choice. Now you are flooding this board with mindless drivel about how both candidates suck. Do us all a favor and delete your account.

The receipts show that the release was intentionally delayed. Of course we don't know exactly the influence. Maybe you should take a break, Gutter. You seem quite distraught. Perhaps you can assuage your gardener that he probably won't be immediately deported? -

We can agree to disagree on this. IMO the announcement of the vaccine was a huge positive reaction from the populace. I don't recall any reporting prior to it that it was imminently going to happen; instead it came of as quite a (positive) surprise. -

Thanks. He explains, as I've postulated, that Trump is looking to bring these countries to the table. Also, the tariffs under the Marshall Plan need to be torn up. He also explained that Trump understands for an election that you need to speak in broad brushes to get your main point across. It's not dissimilar to "they're eating the cats," which was code for "we've got an illegal immigration problem." In this case, Trump doesn't want to confuse people by getting mired in the details of stuff like "well, we'll tariff this but not that, and if 51% is made in the US we won't, but we will on the components for repairs, and blah blah blah..." Trump is an idea guy, not a details guy. -

Like I said, Tim has the receipts. If he doesn't care to share them at some point, I can Google around to them. -

Are you saying that the release of the vaccine prior to the election would not have been a significant bump to Trump, even if it hadn't been fully distributed yet? -

He explains it quite well, if you want to educate yourself. This guy seems like a winning pick: -

It actually was released the week after the election, technically under Trump, but too late to help Trump win. There is some good evidence that this is not a coincidence; that a small group orchestrated the delay of the release until after the election. @TimHauckhas the receipts on this, so I'll let him provide links if he so chooses. But this is the most obvious example of the 2020 election being "stolen," but for some reason no one talks about it. -
Could be, I'm not a lawyer. But I don't know what "other than a felony complaint" means, but these were felonies.

Car seat? Pffft. My brother and I just bounced around the back of the station wagon, breathing a combo of engine exhaust and cigarette smoke. I came here to say tho, and I've told this story before: There was a big teenage bully in our neighborhood, much larger than my father. The bully cut my brother's arm pretty bad with a small hatchet. My dad stormed down to the playground where the bully was sitting on his bike, arms crossed in defiance. I thought my dad was going to get killed. Instead he walked up the bully without saying a word, grabbed the front wheel of the bike, and flung it up in the air, sending the bully flying backwards onto his ass. Without breaking stride, my dad walked right up, stood over him, grabbed his shirt, pulled his face up to his, and said "if you ever touch my son again I'll kill you." I think the bully peed his pants, from the look on his face. We never had problems with him again, though. -
He is not a convicted felon until the verdict is accepted by the court at the sentencing hearing. If the case is dropped, he will not be and never have been a convicted felon. If you continue to call him that, you will look even dumber on this topic than you already do, which is a lofty achievement.
-
No, that's clear, but you still don't get my message. Here, let me try a different way. If there were different differences, NY would have found a way to turn those into slightly different but still creative felonies, and you'd be here arguing that (different differences) are what's really important$#@!
-
It's not me arguing it; I pasted the quote and everything. Do I wish that men in power didn't use that power to take advantage of women? Sure. Do I wish paying them hush money were a crime? Maybe. The reality is though that it hasn't been, until now, when an admitted partisan DA brought a case against the opposition party POTUS candidate, in a highly partisan district, with a unique combination of laws to create the appearance of a "felony." Like I said, you don't see it. Never have. Lots of other people did though, based on the election results.
-
I was going to say in my previous post that I was confident that you will draw your Venn diagram, find the differences, and state that the differences are all that matter. The confidential docs case was similar. I had hoped to be wrong but, oh well. Like I said, I get it.
