You don't just plead guilty without a deal. Occam's Razor says he has a deal somewhere. My guess would be that it includes a pardon, either by Harris (if she wins) or Biden (not preferred because of bad optics, but if Harris loses). Possible financial benefits from the DNC to get this out of the news cycle as well. As such I would bet you that he gets pardoned within a year.
