And by that same analysis, I would say that Biden has negative charisma at this point. The opposite of authentic. On the rare occasions he gets the sentence off correctly, he's measured, he yells at weird times. It's going to hurt him.

I listened to a Hidden Brain pod today (one of my favs, not political, although it's clear he isn't a Trump fan) which talked about situations where it is better to try less hard. They started with examples of trying hard to meet women and failing, then when you are relaxed and yourself the women are interested. Also talked to an amateur tennis player who described how better your game is when you are relaxed and not overthinking. Then they played a clip from a 2016 candidate. At the end was complete silence, and the candidate sheepishly said, "please clap." It was Jeb Bush. He had no charisma, as we all know. I don't know if DeSantis is as bad, but he isn't great at it. Trump however, they said, has it. Because of his willingness say (or inability to stop himself from saying) whatever comes to his mind, he comes off as "authentic." Now, people here with TDS will say, "authentic$#@! He's a lying blah blah blah." As I've said before, you just don't get it, you are the same people who think people vote for Trump because they are transhomophobophobe mysogiracists.

This is what some of us have been saying all along; I guess they finally admitted it as a last resort. Yes, particularly because of Hur's comment. If he hadn't used that as a reason for not recommending prosecution, the request for the video would be less strong. But Biden is still going to be POTUS for at least 7 more months; we have the right to see if we think he can do that, let alone another 4 years.

NFL, CFB football and basketball I watch. Baseball and basketball, I'll put the games on if I'm around but it's not appointment viewing. Yesterday for instance we put the Celts/Mavs on the main TV, and the DBacks on a 2nd TV. By the 3rd quarter we lost interest in basketball and put the DBacks on the main screen.
