I'm not a lawyer, maybe this is normal and happens all the time in states across this great nation. But it seems wrong. Especially as an end-around to git the guy Bragg campaigned on gitting. Again, not a lawyer so I don't know. But unless it is firmly implanted in accepted law, I would think you can appeal something.
