Seems like an interesting situation. Congress controls spending, but the Executive controls foreign affairs. If the President determines that spending is not in the interest of the US (say, to fund UNRWA which supports Hamas terrorism), should he be able to stop such spending? I'm leaning yes.

Plus he makes bad reads, runs bad routes, gives up on routes. Just terrible.

Marvin Harrison is absolutely horrible at football. He has no idea what route to run, and he can't catch the ball. For those of you who don't watch the Cards regularly, this is not a fluke. He is like this every week. They need to just bench him. It's not fair to the 52 other guys killing themselves out there.
