Also, two months would drive me nuts. I was just away from my wife for two weeks and we both missed each other a bunch. It was worse for her because she was with her mother who is failing cognitively and barely speaks; I was in Scotland with my son for half the time. Regardless, I missed sharing the experiences with her.

I would bet that many of the Bible's prophets were on hallucinogens. Revelations was definitely an acid trip.

She is not extremely good at interviews, no matter how many times you say it. Random word salads are not extremely good responses. Won?

I realize I'm pooping on some sports in this thread but... just watched the BMX racing, and every heat is a "boat race." Whoever gets in front out of the gate wins. The track seems too narrow at the speeds they are going to allow passing. Maybe it works at lower levels, but at this level, meh. Men's judo heavyweight final was good, worth a watch if you find it.

This is what I thought when I first started reading the article. There does not to be any revolutionary technology in this patent. Measure speed, take a photo, send data. No rocket surgery here. They are just putting a stake in the ground for if this type of thing is ever implemented, so they can claim invention. Tech companies do this all the time. Bad publicity on this one, though. As this thread shows, most people will presume that they are imminently implementing this.

Just getting around to this thread. If she had improved incredibly, the WH would have had her out front and center doing a bunch of speeches, since they desperately wanted to gaslight the American people regarding the cognitive decline of Biden. And yet, there she was, playing solitaire all day in her office. Also, by "Reagan," I hope you mean Alzheimer's Reagan. If you mean prime Reagan, I know we can't have a serious conversation on this. Then again, you still don't see the decline in Biden, so you've established your ability to evaluate people. I see short term enthusiasm for anybody but the half-dead guy. And to their credit, the MSDNC machine has done a good job in deciding to go all in on her, memory-hole her past, and instruct their lemmings that they are all enthused about a candidate who generates absolutely zero organic enthusiasm. We'll see if the machine can sustain it until the election.

What are those reasons? Two weeks ago she was historically unpopular -- your side was willing to roll out a half-dead guy instead.

Thanks. I don't definitively know enough to call her a man or woman. I am fine with her competing if she met the criteria, but given that she is an extreme case, I think the governing bodies should address this after the event. I've said this all.
