Interesting. I just looked up ladies nights as a similar policy, and their legality depends by state. That being said, some states have found ladies nights legal because they encourage more participation (from the ladies), not less from either sex. In other words, there is no harm to men. This restaurant seems different as it is excluding men disproportionately. Seems dumb to keep different ages and bring the risk of that legal action.

Well... I agree that by definition, trans is a "mental illness" -- if you are in one body but your brain thinks it is in another, that's not working correctly. That being said, I do not rule out that for more severe (adult) cases of gender dysphoria, medical transitioning may help the person. Children are different and have not fully developed.

No, I don't think he is a great man, and I think people have valid reasons to oppose him. I try to reserve OMB, and to an extent TDS, for situations where it moves into Machiavellian justification to get him at any cost. Like, if you think your state should try to get rid of liquor licenses at his properties, you might have TDS. Or if you think it was a good idea to gin up a novel prosecution to convict the Republican POTUS candidate by turning an 8 yr old misreporting of a payoff to a porn star into a felony, you might have TDS.
