Well, that's not going to generate much revenue for the feds... biggest use for some of the land in AZ is probably mining. Some company just bought land east of Phoenix for a copper mine; the Apaches claim it was an ancient burial ground (the tribes always do this), but remarkably, the 9th Circuit narrowly approved it. Mining, of course, can come with some significant environmental concerns, so I hope this is monitored closely. But, we do need more copper.

I'm not a legal expert, nor have I read the entire ruling. That being said, Roberts being Roberts, I presume that the ruling is as limited as he could make it: laws prohibiting medical transing of children are OK.
