Drownings are a big deal here in Phoenix, since so many houses/apartment complexes have pools, so it's always front of mind. I would never leave a young kid unsupervised for a second, but perhaps in other areas, some people might not realize the danger? I'm not excusing the behavior, just wondering how people can let something like that happen.

Phoenix, no. I've often said that September is my least favorite month here. You watch some college football with people wearing sweatshirts in autumnal weather, while you are sitting in your boxers in AC. But, we do have nice weather close by. We're heading up to the NE part of the state, an area called the White Mountains, this weekend for two weeks. Two early for fall colors but, should be a nice break.

Thanks! We're going towards the end of the month. We're spending 5 days in the city with her (she has two holidays plus the weekend), then we're planning to drive up to the Catskills for three nights. Hoping to catch some leaves changing, although it is a little early.

As for your last question: just a guess, but Trump gets really defensive in dumb ways. Like with Stormy, where he went to trial insisting he hadn't done anything with her. Really? Just say, "look, I shtupped her and gave her money to shut up". Instead it became a question about whether or not he slept with her, and he didn't come off well with that. Also I think he may be disingenuous with his story about "breaking up" with Epstein. He had a story about Epstein "stealing" one of his employees... an underage girl. My guess is that Trump had at least a pretty good suspicion what that girl would be doing with Epstein. If true, it's bad but not as bad as the people who actually took advantage of those girls, and he did end his relationship with Epstein.
