Hardworking Americans speaking out against Republicans
jerryskids replied to TrailGuy's topic in The Geek Club
Well, calling Musk a billionaire is pretty compelling, how can I argue against such sound logic? A quick search shows that with this handle, you've referred to Musk with the adjective "billionaire" 6 times in the past two weeks. What is the relevance of "billionaire" in a discussion about an email asking people to do a weekly report? -
Yes, you read that right: It is illegal in Ottawa to heat up your car in subzero weather. Further in the same article, we find an early leading candidate for quote of the year: https://www.thefp.com/p/everybody-freeze-climate-police?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email They further go on to describe a bill in Washington to commission a study on the carbon impact of anesthesia gases. "Church of Carbon," I love that.

Billionaire! HR sent it! I need more pap to regurgitate, MSM! I wonder what TrailGuy's five bullet points would look like for the past week. -

They are lemmings; all they have is their marching orders from the MSDNC. Foreign billionaire! Young engineers! They want me to document my work$#@! -

No, I don't think they are going to read them all, how could they? They could maybe come up with some AI program to check that they wrote something. The article said that they should copy their managers. Perhaps their manager will read it and, I dunno, act like a manager and discuss the activities with their employees? And if that person consistently accomplishes nothing, maybe rethink the need for that person in that position? In the past, when you've been asked to provide status, did you think dang, they're trying to get me to quit! Probably not, because you probably actually did stuff. The Left needs to grow up in this country. -

Government employees are being asked to write a weekly report? The horror! -
Looks like they had a glut of people in "corporate support" positions. Perhaps a few DEI folks? Also some pretend corporate finance execs?

He's not Rusty. You look dumber with every post, if that's possible.

Matthew 16:18 -- And I say to you: You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of the netherworld will not prevail against it. I'm sad that you are from the gates of the netherworld and are attacking the church founded by Jesus, but I'm happy that you found your surfer dood church and it brings you joy.

Thanks. I don't remember Sillie Bazillie, but Wade Garrett was definitely here.

Congrats, you have now aligned yourself with weepaws as well as TrailGuy. While they are on the Mount Rushmore of bad posters here, it's important to develop relationships, and I'm happy for you.

This word salad has nothing to do with the Sermon on the Plain which you ignored, but it probably took you some time to type it, so I appreciate the effort.

Lots of us know what gutter looks like. I also know where he lives and some other things which I won't divulge (part of another bet a while back). I'm confident that we can resolve this. Also to the OP, TrailGuy is absolutely an alias of Raven Fan and BeachGuy23 at a minimum. Apparently at FBG he went by John Daulton which those folks refer to him, although he hasn't used it here.

Trump and Russia- the optimism is fading
jerryskids replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
This started with my questioning your assertion that Zelensksyy's willingness to step down was "checkmate." An election won't happen while the conflict is active; the logistics are impossible. Regardless, if Zelenskyy steps down and somebody, anybody, is chosen to replace him, how does that help Ukraine stay "safe and sovereign?" How do you know that the new person will be less willing to negotiate/concede than Zelenskyy? -
Read this this morning, very sad. The NGOs clearly want a certain result based on being in the climate cult. It's hard to say how much the "scientists" share this cult status, and how much is feeling like they have little choice (e.g., if they post the wrong type of result, they won't get future funding). Probably some of both. Science!

Rusty is Tebok. The Girlfriend is a different Sanctuary poster than Gutter. Gutter has been posting under his Psychic Observer alias. I'm fairly sure that General is not Sho Nuff. They are different personalities.

At today's Mass, our gospel reading was The Sermon on the Plain, specifically the parts about loving your enemies and not judging others. Weepaws would probably benefit from this, specifically the last part on judging others. For my part, I have decided that today I will be nice to everyone here, regardless of political or religious affiliation. Have a nice day, weepaws!

TheGeneral is not Gutterboy. The Girlfriend is not Rusty, he is a different poster from the Sanctuary. The new HB Analtoy strikes me as a Sanctuary poster pretending to be a Maga Trump supporter.

Of course he does. It's not going to happen though. And what does that have to do with Zelenskey saying he would step down? -

That doesn't answer my question. -

Checkmate? How does this change Putin's mind about Ukraine in NATO? -
I missed the part in the article where Trump supported this proposal made by some hayseed congressman for a constitutional amendment that would never pass. Wait, no I didn't: Lefties are sheeple, believing whatever pap the MSDNC feeds them about Trump.

SpaceX US threatens to shut off Starlink if Ukraine won't sign minerals deal, sources tell Reuters
jerryskids replied to League Champion's topic in The Geek Club
I don't know exactly what rare minerals are in/under Ukraine, but I believe that we are too reliant on bad hombres like China for some of the ones used for solar panels, EVs, semiconductors, etc. It would be to our strategic benefit to get access to them. -

IMO it's fair to disagree with the strategy of not poking Putin, like @The Real timschochetdid. I don't agree, but it's a debate worth having. TrailGuy can't even comprehend my point. He just calls me a poosay for not wanting a meaningless document calling Putin a meanie$#@! I'm talking about ending the conflict in a sustainable fashion. TrailGuy is all about feelz. And lack of reading comprehension.
