Also, Larry Fitz famously never showboated. He just flipped the ball to the official every time. -

Some defender did it yesterday as well, after picking up a fumble. I forget what game, I saw it on Red Zone. -

No kidding, he says it more than Rusty says Clownzo. -
I don't mind the pope reaching out to Muslims -- spreading the word of Jesus to that community is a good thing. What I don't like is his consistent antisemitism and support of Hamas. I'm guessing God would like a do-over on him being selected Pope.

Discussion of Concerns for Trump Presidency

Maybe google "Why is HFCS bad" like I said. Also I gave a link upthread, which you won't read, because you are a troll and not a serious poster. -

Also, my daughter has Type 1 diabetes. While different than Type 2 and HFCS isn't going to influence her type of diabetes, the processing of sugar is very important to her, so I've researched this in the past. -

One example: HFCS is metabolized in the liver, glucose isn't. Is your google broken too? So much for serious discussion -

I provided him an AI interview which references multiple links. I suggested he do the same 4-word search and click through to the links he wants on specific bullet points. That seems easier than me trying to reconstruct all of the links in an AI search result, computer expert guy. -

I'm not moving them. All of those bullet points are specific to HFCS. Do you want to set up a Zoom call for me to show you how to do the google search? -

You can't google "why is HFCS bad"? I'd have to click through and copy/paste all the links. -

It's less bad for you, for god's sake read the bullet points about inflammation, lack of satiety signals, and metabolism in the liver. For a thread that is supposed to be serious discussion, you don't seem to have even read what I posted. Carry on. -

Trump is a news agency who accused specific individuals of felony offenses?

I haven't tried it outdoors either, looking forward to it. I like the "regular" spider very much and was ready to get it. But once I tried the counterbalance: I went back and forth hitting 3-6 balls with each. Every time I went back to the regular one, it just felt... a little shaky. Since you've tried it, you know how smooth it feels.

United Healthcare CEO shot, killed in midtown NYC
jerryskids replied to IGotWorms's topic in The Geek Club
Population about 40M, about 1/9 of ours. Virtually everyone lives along the southern border. People come to America for advanced medical needs, and much care is difficult if not impossible to get. They have a program called Medical Assistance in Dying to help sick people come off of their medical expenses. ETA: Very high taxes, very low military expenses -
It's funny you say this, because I was already going to post that whenever you say "vast majority," I've learned that you have no data and are completely making it up.

On a more serious note: for those espousing universal health care, name a country of comparable population to ours which has a better universal health care system. I thought so. People like to use Norway as an example, let's compare: - Population 5.5M, about 1/70th of ours - Virtually all of the population lives along the ocean. Basically, a series of medical facilities placed along the highway that runs that route covers almost everyone. We are 2 dimensional, requiring a significantly more complex system. - Norway's population is very homogeneous, whereas we have all ethnicities and their associated genetic issues. - Obesity rate in Norway is 25%; here it is 45% - Norway pays more in taxes Bottom line is: it's a helluva lot more difficult than "Norway does it, why can't we?"
