  1. I'm not conflating it, the Left is. I agree with what you said. Heck, @TimHauckjust minutes ago called for him to be charged with something.
  2. You missed my point. He doesn't need to be charged with anything else, nor put through an entire formal trial. It is neither practical nor legally necessary. The Left seems to be working on a plan of making it easy peasy to get into the country, but then incredibly difficult to get out. We need to rid you of the illusion that there will be a long, drawn out process for each deportation.

    He has Risen.

You are literally the dimmest bulb on the internet power grid. Next, tell us about the ancient Babylonian Catholics. Tard.
  4. So, no "with absolute certainty," in quotes and everything. Thanks for confirming. The thing is, it doesn't matter. The only reason to bring Garcia back is the legal stay of deportation. In the general case, being here illegal is sufficient for deportation. The gang thing is a bonus to further justify it. There will be, nor should there be, a "day in court" for every person being deported. There will be no trials to determine somebody's gang status; I strongly doubt that being in a gang is technically illegal, so there would be nothing to try. The sooner you Centrists figure it out, the better.
  5. Sigh... Trump is tiring me. I said this to my wife, and she insta said: "the Easter message? Yeah, that's terrible." Amazing that she knew what I was talking about.
  6. What does this drivel have to do with you not understanding the definition of "evidence?"

Catholicism has a multiplex in your thick skull. I can't fix stupid, but I'll try one more time in small words: The Roman guard could not be Catholic because the Church didn't exist yet. That's the nicest I can be. Happy Easter!

Apparently you don't understand. Alas, you are a blithering idiot. Amen thanks.
  9. Link to where I said "with absolute certainty"? I would expect a former reporter to know the definition of "evidence."

In the spirit of Easter, I won't call you a blithering idiot for saying a Roman "Catholic" guard was there. Catholicism, the Church founded by Jesus and his disciples, existed AFTER Jesus' death. HTH, Amen thanks.

    Happy Easter Everyone!

    Same.
  12. Lets start slow. Do you acknowledge that you missed the multiple times I said we should bring him back, or more likely, intentionally ignored it?
  13. Doubling down on Saint Garcia and the 20 side I see... I've stated at least 3 times in this thread now (make it 4) that I think we should try to get him back. This part of the discussion is idiotic and I'm done with it. Take the win you crave, even though I said it before you became a yip yip dog. The courts ruled that there was sufficient evidence that he was/is MS-13 to withhold bail. Do we do that willy nilly? No, it must have been compelling to the judge. You can invent all of the fantasies about the cop that you want, but Occam's Razor says he was generally a cop doing cop things, other than whatever shady stuff he had going on in that one scenario. If he just made up stuff all the time, he'd have been found out and removed long ago. HTH
  14. I didn't move any goalposts. I've said at least twice in the last page or so that we should get him back. I was unclear about the 80/20 part: propping this gang banger up as an awesome guy is the 20 side. Getting him back is the majority, but I doubt 80/20. But since you went there: what do you believe is the motivation of the "dirty cop" to have like about Garcia? Was he just feeling particularly evil that day? Also, you seem to think one judge doesn't matter, but one judge issued the stay solely on the statements of the gang banger. Would you say that is compelling evidence?
  15. Hegseth is not an illegal alien with an order of protection against him. HTH
  16. Two judges heard evidence that you haven't heard, and determined that it was likely that he is MS-13. Regardless, it's not necessary to prove it in a court of law to deport him. I don't know why you Centrists keep taking the 20 side of 80/20 things. You should concede that he is a sh1tbag, and focus on the fact that our courts had issues a legal stay, and we follow the law, even for sh1tbags. Like Gutter earlier. That's a much stronger position.
  17. I've already said I think we should bring him back I guess #metoo was so 2024.
  18. Of course he denies it. And George Floyd couldn't breathe from the moment the police arrived. But you bring up a good point that I haven't seen discussed: adding to his model citizen resume, when his mother was threatened, he ran away to another country. I had heard that an appellate court upheld it, but I could be wrong. Regardless, it's funny how you centrists dismiss this ruling(s), but you consider the questionable stay of deportation as gospel.
  19. Who did you vote for, dope?
  20. I agree, but to be clear, the "due process" is that he had a legal stay of deportation to El Salvador. Earlier courts had accepted his affiliation with MS-13, so I'm good with that. Which reminds me: a gang member can get a stay of deportation because they fear another gang? Isn't that, like, what you sign up for when you join a gang? Seems like weak sauce; any gang member can make that claim.
  21. Victims of domestic abuse often feel this way.
  22. Wut? I asked the following: Instead of providing specific examples, you just kept on screeching.
