OK I found more of the video elsewhere. The video @HellToupee shared is right after it happened and then she collapses shortly after. But it looks like a small pocketknife or something and it happened quick and from behind so I do think the people sitting right there may not have realized what happened right away. And then the video follows him and not her so it’s not clear when someone first tried to help her.
