Answer the question from my last post please. If a criminal is planning to commit a crime 350 miles from their residence, don’t you think they wouldn’t want to leave a fraudulent paper trail that could result in them being caught before they commit the primary crime? Yes, a lot of criminals are stupid, but a lot aren’t.

Obviously it was. But someone here illegally needing to provide paperwork to rent a car increases the chances of being caught before being able to commit the crime.
