I agree, seems like it is going to have a negative impact on the bottom tier NFL teams. Guys will either finish school or refuse to play for certain teams. Overall it is great for the players though. Gives guys in college that might not last in the NFL an opportunity to earn life changing money while in college. Probably also see more of the mid tier guys get their degrees too if they can play football and get $100k or whatever.
