Can’t find the earlier documents but looks like there was a lot more to this case, it’s not even clear if calling the properties her primary residences was the fraud. It says she knew she wouldn’t qualify for the loans if she used her actual financial information - that implies the primary residence thing likely wasn’t a factor since all that would change is the interest rate by like a % or so.
