Since the home was purchased in August of 2020, unless she lied about not having rental income on it in 2021, then it would not have “primarily” been a rental property for the first year she owned it.

The black eye is not why I have that opinion. Heck the pic where I said she looked good is from the same day. But without the filters she definitely looks a lot worse. Here’s one from June where she has a Skeletor or something look going on

I saw that pic also and thought so at first too, but she does not look nearly as good in the video of her speaking at the meeting. Possibly some heavy filters in the pic. Good body though, still would of course.
