I will say the timing was kinda dumb on his part, the night before everyone goes back to their normal routine and will talk about it. Guess the Biden campaign has never heard of a Friday news dump

Judge's ruling to allow SJSU trans women's volleyball player to compete in tournament receives backlash

lol this is a lie -
Not sure what you’re getting at here. Are you saying you think Biden will pardon himself? I have no idea if he will, but if he does, then THAT would be a precedent for Trump to pardon himself. Right now it is not.
-
No, that is not what Biden did, even if you incorrectly think he “effectively” did. The below seems to be accurate…

Disagree. If Joe really sold what you think to the enemy there would be more evidence than just from Hunter. Not to mention they could still subpoena Hunter in an investigation against Joe, or try to get Hunter to turn on Joe Hunter if they have evidence he did anything prior to 2014 or the next time he gets caught with drugs

@Strike, stupid comments like this are why I push back on certain aspects of these discussions while agreeing with the overall point that trans women shouldn’t play women’s sports. A few trannies don’t mean the end of women’s sports. The fact that the athlete in this story couldn’t even qualify her team for the NCAA tournament shows that’s not going to happen. Lia Thomas is pretty much the only significantly accomplished trans woman in the history of NCAA D1, that was two years ago and pretty sure she wouldn’t be eligible under the current rules. -
Well wouldn’t Hunter now essentially have immunity to testify against Joe? I’m sure there would be a ton of money in book deals etc in it for him too, and we know he loves money. Weird IMO that you: 1) Seem to think this means Joe is a criminal And 2) Suggest this opens the door for Trump to pardon himself Yet Joe did not pardon himself (though he still can). If he knows he committed crimes why wouldn’t he pardon himself? Pardoning Hunter doesn’t mean people can’t still go after Joe, and it certainly doesn’t mean Joe was a co-conspirator on anything with Hunter.

What do you think of Hunter in this video?

I’m sure @Frozenbeernuts believes this is actually Hunter in the video -
That doesn’t mean he raped her you sicko

Good lord you are lost my dude

This was obviously a hypocritical thing for Joe to do. Definitely feel justified in not voting for either him or his VP. But weird that Elon Musk is making a ton of comments about it though IMO, dude’s a giant hypocrite including like Biden doing things he specifically said he wouldn’t do.

So you’re saying he was not OK with dropping out of the race and is mad they replaced him with Kamala?

Judge's ruling to allow SJSU trans women's volleyball player to compete in tournament receives backlash

I never said safety was the only issue and I agree that it’s not (edit: although I’d say fairness and safety are really the 2 main reasons cited in general by far). I said I don’t think it should be used as a reason in this specific case. And in fact the AD of one of the schools that forfeited specifically said safety was not an issue. -

Yeah that’s my point. They didn’t think there was a safety issue until they found out she was born with a d1ck. Honestly my theory which I said in the other thread is that I kinda have a feeling the coaches might not have even known when recruiting her. -

Again. I agree she shouldn’t be playing on a women’s team. But she has not posed any more of a safety issue than a typical player. So I think it is grandstanding for people like the governor of Idaho to claim a team is forfeiting for “their own safety” when it’s really not, and may not have even been their choice. This was her third season at SJSU after 1 at Coastal Carolina. https://sjsuspartans.com/sports/womens-volleyball/roster/player/blaire-fleming -
Wow I didn’t think he would do this. Too bad @Horseman never shared the discord screenshots from the Georgia shooter or else he could have won some money from me.

No that is not my stance. But if no one in the NCAA considers a player a safety issue for 3 years of competition, why would they be one all of a sudden in their fourth? -

It can be a safety issue in general, but there’s no evidence it is in this specific case, which is not relevant to McNabb. She was also in high school, which has no testosterone requirements. The NCAA does and Fleming meets them. -
