The article you shared was also misleading because it implied the change was driven by changes to the 2022 data when the bigger change (again, for the better) was to 2021. I believe the only time it mentioned 2021 was when they quoted someone who noted changes to 2021 also. But despite the length of the article, the author never specified how 2021 changed. I know I’ve told this to you before but you may want to do a better job vetting your sources. Seems to be trend of you citing dubious sources. Have a nice day as well.

You’re including @RLLD in this correct?

Will you acknowledge the 2021 data was adjusted for the better?

Walgreens to close 1200 stores in the next 3 years.
TimHauck replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
700 of the 1200 stores are not planned to be closed until after 2025. So either they think Harris is going to win, or they don’t think Trump can save them. -

Trump talk only- no Eagles talk allowed (Steelers talk is OK though)

So what are you talking about? That she was 15 minutes late? Really grasping for straws there, that’s poor planning on their part if her being 15 minutes late threw them off. I’m sure Trump or really any other Presidential candidate is always right on time. I actually agree with Horseman for once, if I’m Baier/Fox I ask as many questions as I need to as long as she allows it, but seems to me like she was the one that stopped it anyway. 27 minutes. @Strike wrong again. -
Although I guess this should be more properly worded as NOT admitting he lost the 2020 election

The Truthful State of the Election: Landslide confirmed...310 plus EV for Trump!

In what, popular vote? What metric is the “Trump up 12 points in betting markets” referring to? -

Is it a safe assumption to say that conservatives are probably more likely to be gamblers than libs? And don’t betting lines move based on how the money is coming in? So all this really means is more people are betting on Trump, which isn’t a surprise to me given the first point. -

Here Baier says it was her team that wanted to end it, not him -

Pretty well done. If this was about Kamala, it would be the most viral thing on X right now. -

15 minutes late? Were they only allotting her 15 minutes initially? -
Pretty much agree with this. Baier interrupted her several times right in the beginning which was super annoying, and shocker that all the conservatives who whined about the moderators from the debate don’t have a problem with that. He did get a little better with that later on at least. I thought it was laughable that he asked about trans surgeries for prisoners before the economy, or frankly at all if only having 30 minutes. She didn’t do horrible, but she did give mostly non-answers. “But Trump” isn’t irrelevant when that’s the guy you’re running against, but it was pretty stupid of her to say “Donald Trump has been running for office that entire time” when asked why people thought the country was on the wrong track during the current administration. But she didn’t blame everything on Trump, for example she called out how the border was a mess even before Trump. Overall this probably isn’t going to change anyone’s mind either way.

Twitter adopts 'poison pill' to prevent Elon Musk takeover
TimHauck replied to Utilit99's topic in The Geek Club
How does it make it harder to “curate their timeline”? Anyone can still see posts from people who blocked them, you just need a different account. So basically this just saves them a few seconds. I’m not sure who’s more upset about the change, but anecdotally I’ve found righties much quicker to block someone that doesn’t agree with the echo chamber. -

A lot of snowflakes seem upset about this move though. I think they’re dumb. -

Here is a good change by Musk. Kudos. -
What is the % cutoff where you would consider something to be “through the roof”?
-
Since you’re the second person to bring this up, I looked up the quote in question. Trump said “crime is through the roof.” This is largely irrelevant to the recent updates, which were to 2021 & 2022 (with 2022’s updates in particular being pretty minor), not 2023, so if anything there’s now a bigger decline in 2023 vs 2022.

I assume you’re referring to @RaiderHaters Revenge as “Shannon” here? He’s the one doubting the survey, I’m just saying if he thinks he’s trying to make fun of me, he’s really trying to make fun of you. Actually I have previously stated it has a decent methodology.

Who is “they”? Police may have been investigating but I don’t see that the accusers were ever really interested in criminal charges 20 years later when they’re not going to be able to prove it in a criminal trial. Keep in mind one of the accusers said the police were in fact contacted when it happened, they just did not press charges.
-
I don’t think anyone expected criminal charges, was probably past statute of limitations. An internal investigation at the company he worked at did find that “informal complaints were not properly addressed” https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/russell-brand-alleged-inappropriate-behavior-120229677.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly9kdWNrZHVja2dvLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAALd7xuSatVq_7kEWNTOK_2wh7vMByQkSupFTlThZvX8MnD3_vLuG1v4B5UT5A_brBdhWGyZ9KIgWUWE27t_sgXX24VZeK-C-yKK-2gWtRRfSKbou9qHj-5oacLJcF-kO8Y81FP0Bc-es7u-lkSyt6FFU_FM72Hu33tIDPTVv94VF
