And by “some” here, you mean mostly righties, especially the part about making the claim “before any evidence comes in.” I am neither a lefty nor a righty, I don’t think the political “team” of shooters is particularly relevant to most mass shootings. It is however relevant if the politics played a role in the motive or who was targeted, such as the recent assassination of a Democrat politician by a Republican. It is odd in this case that the suspect is dead and they haven’t even released a name yet. I know “WhY iSn’T tHe NeWs ShOwInG hIS pIcTuRe?!?!” is also a common refrain in here when the shooter is black.

Also, Mamdani’s statement that he would arrest Netanyahu is not just because he’s trying to be some vigilante or something, it apparently is based on the fact that something called the “International Criminal Court” has issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu for war crimes, specifically for using starvation as a tactic and targeting civilians. I agree he’s not just defending speech. And I guess he has claimed to be anti-violence in general between Israel and Palestine, but to me “Globalize the Intifada” is basically like saying “From the river to the sea Palestine will be free.” I think it’s fair to say it’s calling for violence (war), but it’s only against Israel, not all Jews, so it‘s not antisemitic. For some reason people think the term “globalize” means they want to kill all Jews or something, but it just means they’re trying to get global support for the Palestinian’s fight against Israel. And no @jerryskids, I don’t support the Palestinians defeating Israel in a war.

Correct on your second paragraph. I haven’t seen the movie but the group was called “the bandits” and they fight alongside Snow White against the Queen and her guards. The guy that was cropped out of the photo was the main male character in the movie, the leader of the bandits and Snow White’s love interest. In other words, considering the critical role they, in particular the guy that was cropped out, played in the movie, there’s zero chance they were ever intended to replace the dwarves.
