Seems like nitpicking to argue about whether that constitutes “beating on” or not.

So for one that dispels the narrative that recent immigrants are not contributing to the economy. It also implies the ones in Springfield are in the country legally -she says she pays $775 for rent, a pretty good price these days in an area with available jobs, so doesn’t seem like rent inflation has hit Springfield as hard as other areas. She speculates she might get kicked out so that her landlord can get more by fixing the place up (not because of rent inflation). -she’s only heard “rumors” about Haitians eating animals. Her biggest complaint appears to be about their trash. No mention of violent crime

Yup. Campbell first arrives around 3:45 in this video. Don’t hear any of the cops accusing him of interfering with anything. Is “it’s none of your business” official police terminology now? At about 6:45 is when the second confrontation with him happens. He repeatedly asks “is it illegal for me to stand here” and they just yell at him to leave. Yup, although at one point in the above video one cop says to another “do you know who that is? It’s one of the Dolphins star players” but the other one didn’t know. Interestingly in the second half of the video the camera is muted for minutes at a time when the cops are talking to each other.

The viral photo of the guy holding the goose was confirmed to be from Columbus and not Springfield, but the circumstances surrounding the photo are unknown. I’ve seen multiple reports on social media of people saying they are taking animals from the park, but not official confirmation and some of those reports seem to just be based on people apparently counting the ducks and claiming there are less of them.
