I never said she was arrested @BrahmaBulls. But you know damn well that when someone has handcuffs (or zip ties) put on their hands, the words detained and arrested are often used interchangeably, even if the legal definitions are different. I’m sure you were expecting that if there was an arrest that it was going to be for a different charge.
