Because there is a confirmed dirty cop involved in this case and you seem to often jump to their defense. I have a ton of respect for cops that do their jobs the right way. But not those who don’t, like the guy who is the primary reason Abrego Garcia is imprisoned in El Salvador currently.

The discussion of murdered citizens is irrelevant to the Abrego Garcia case and only stokes division. I’d call Van Hollen’s actions grandstanding, but not political theater. The claim of him being in a gang was based on a criminal informant. Also, “two courts” did not find the evidence of him being in a gang as credible. One did, the second simply said he didn’t “prove that he wasn’t a danger.” HTH

I wasn’t even really talking about border patrol, I’m talking about a local cop encountering some guys standing in a Home Depot parking lot. The fact that a white person would be less likely to be suspected of being in the country illegally is white privilege.
