None of these are really “small side jobs,” they’d require a lot of time to actually be successful, unless you’re suggesting people quit their job and open a farm stand. If someone gave me $10K, I’d probably put it towards a new deck for our house that we’ve been wanting to do. Then could get some enjoyment out of it but also add value to the house.

Best case for Trump IMO would be prices stay pretty flat but interest rates come down significantly.

Which probably makes her the hottest women’s basketball player I’ve ever seen. I actually think she could age well. The thighs could be due to lifting or something for basketball.
