In the case of Clark, she is a continuation of the trend of conservatives claiming that whites are being discriminated against. Oof, you’re repeating peefoam arguments now, you may want to take a break. That is moving the goalposts. Yes, most homicides that occur are the result of gang violence and often use illegal guns. So the solution is going to be much more complicated. But many school shootings and such use legally obtained guns. So just adding a bit more stringency to background checks and possibly limiting certain types of guns may be able to reduce those kinds of shootings or at least the number of people killed in them.
