I could see still losing money but how is it 5x worse than prior years? Clark has basically increased attendance for the entire league.

As I pointed out in the Covid thread recently, the IFR was always less than 1% so naturally there were going to be a lot of people that “it wasn’t that bad” for. But on the whole it was much worse than flu.
