But even the guy that asked the question prefaced the question by saying “it was reported.” Leavitt then says “I just got off the phone with President Trump about Amazon’s announcement. This is a hostile and political act.” Then goes into BDS mode and brings up the prop of the 4 year old article. She’s the one that gave the story legitimacy. And not just because “she believed the MSM,” she literally said Trump just got off the phone with Bezos and then proceeded to act like it was real and trashed Amazon. If it was either never going to happen or Trump squashed it during the aforementioned call, why would she do that?

If it was really only ever proposed for whatever the fock “Amazon Haul” is, then yes I’d consider that to be that the story was fake news. But @Strike thinks they were lying about it only being considered for Amazon Haul

I disagree. A reasonable person knows he could have been deported, just not to El Salvador. If he is freed from jail in El Salvador then he can go wherever he wants, just coming back here would probably be a bad idea. But in the case of Abrego Garcia, they could easily change the outcome to something that is popular with the country as a whole - having El Salvador release him from custody, even if they don’t bring him back here. I have a hard time believing Trump himself is that adamant about keeping him in jail there, to me that reeks of someone else making the decisions.

I like Trump. I don’t really like a lot of the people around him. At this point he seems to possibly be an even bigger puppet than Biden was. Him saying he didn’t know anything about how they were handling Abrego Garcia (and telling people to “talk to the lawyers”) is evidence of that.

It’s not petty race sh1t, the only explanation for it not being white privilege is if something was wrong with the car. Doesn’t appear that she had a medical emergency or else she’d have went to the hospital. She should be in jail for at least the minimum allowed time before charges are pressed.

Leavitt said Trump talked to Bezos, then addressed it as if it was real. But she lied because it was never “announced.” I suppose it’s possible Trump did scare him from doing it though.
