The claim of him being in a gang was based on a criminal informant. Also, “two courts” did not find the evidence of him being in a gang as credible. One did, the second simply said he didn’t “prove that he wasn’t a danger.” HTH

No I’m not. It makes sense based on statistics that Hispanics would be more likely to be accused of illegally crossing the border than whites. I’m saying it’s white privilege, not racism.
