Don’t see any sauces listed under the steaks on the menu (butter is, but I wouldn’t call that a sauce despite my prior comment about Ruth’s Chris), although I’m sure they’ll give you some if you ask. Just because they offer sauces doesn’t mean that’s the best way to eat it.

I was going to say that Ruth’s Chris probably isn’t the best example here since they drown theirs in butter. But good steaks do not need sauce. In terms of chains, the best I’ve found is Steak48. A little overpriced though.
