Thanks for confirming @Meglamaniac was wrong

    Are hyperboles true?

Yes it does, it was after I did that that he said “he was trying to have an honest conversation” then went on tilt with insults. Although his definition of “honest conversation” apparently includes calling people weak and telling them to be a man.

    Are hyperboles true?

Lol weren’t you the guy telling me to fight my own fight earlier? But there were 3 others that voted the same way I did.

    Hoax Poll 2

Looks like @iam90sbaby just ruined the shutout for the Holocaust being the only Hoax of the above!

    Are hyperboles true?

For those that did not see the original conversation (which I was recently reminded of by a different thread), this is how it started. @TBayXXXVII didn’t say “well a hyperbole is both true and not true,” I said they were not true by definition and he said that was incorrect. So yes, he was saying that hyperboles are true.

    Are hyperboles true?

I’ll be eagerly awaiting you insulting @TBayXXXVII for misrepresenting what I said.

    Hoax Poll 2

Oh and @Meglamaniac after I asked @EternalShinyAndChrome a few times to vote, he did, and I simply said thank you.

    Hoax Poll 2

Ah, back when the GC actually voted in polls. Took a little nudging, but even @EternalShinyAndChrome voted. @Cdub100 do you have a vote?

    Are hyperboles true?

You sure have dropped a lot of insults at me simply because I recapped your posts and wrote “lol” (and even before that) lol

Trump goes to Russia to meet Putin

Do you feel the same way about Israel?

    Are hyperboles true?

Aren’t you the guy that recently bumped a post from 18 years ago? lol. Oh, and “no” currently pitching a shutout over there too. And I would say the political makeup over there is similar to here (~70% conservative, ~15% liberal, ~15% centrist)

Rate your level of satisfaction 2024 vs 2025

Just because you keep saying it’s a better economic situation over and over doesn’t make it true. It’s pretty much the same but with changing tariffs every other week. By “energy,” do you mean just gasoline? Because electricity and natural gas are both up vs last year. Of course gasoline is included in overall inflation which is still up. The current economy is not any better for the lower classes, unless maybe they’re looking to get day laborer jobs by standing outside of Home Depot’s in California.

    Are hyperboles true?

I never said they contain “no” truth. A statement can have some truth in it, but if it contains a portion that is not true, then the overall statement can not be considered true. So you’re wrong. Speaking of @TBayXXXVII’s statements and people taking things out of context, worth noting again that he claimed I called hyperboles “lies” (even used quotation marks, which @Strike has yelled at me multiple times in the past for), which I never did.

    Are hyperboles true?

For someone whining about me arguing in this thread you sure are posting in it a lot

    Are hyperboles true?

So you disagree with @TBayXXXVII also, got it. Yet you’ve only accused me of bias, weird.

    Are hyperboles true?

To be honest, I’m kinda intrigued that this question seems to be answered a certain way primarily by conservatives. I actually posted this same thing on a different forum I frequent, with no indication of my answer, and the first reply was a conservative who asked ChatGPT if Democrats and Republicans would have different answers to it (even though I made no mention of politics in my OP).
