I guess Catturd isn’t a fan of the Trump vaccine though -
Phew, good to know that since people aren’t getting hanged in public that means white supremacist groups are NBD
-
Step 1. It’s not happening
-
Here’s the backstory behind that btw https://www.texastribune.org/2023/07/07/texas-hoas-housing-section-8/ Remember when the GC said there isn’t systemic racism against blacks currently? Good times
-
National Justice Party it is. Sorry to hear about the recent disbanding, hopefully you’ve found a new white supremacist group to join instead. But to answer your question, there is no racial component to qualifying for section 8 vouchers.
-
Definitely sounds like something @Cdub100 would write
-
Are you a member of one of the groups I listed?
-
National Justice Party appears to have been recently disbanded, so not that one I guess
-
Got it so kinda like your vax argument. If it doesn’t work for one person that means it’s 0% effective
-
Doing a quick search, here appear to be a few: Patriot Front Vanguard America National Justice Party Rise Above Movement National Socialist Legion

Except you said that they are “more depressed” after surgery, which would imply the suicide rate should increase, liar.

How have Tucker’s viewing numbers been recently? I feel like I’ve heard much less people talking about him than when he was on Fox News. -

Trump/Turd ‘24! -
Huh? This is what you said earlier, agreeing with the OP. The study you linked refutes this claim.
-
Better tell that to @Cdub100!
-
Thanks for proving OP wrong!

What is the difference between gay and lesbian other than gender?

What’s even worse is the chart is broken down by 15-19, 20-24, and 25-34 (they actually cut off the 25-34 legend but doing a quick search it looks like that’s what it should be). Both 20-24 and 25-34 show big increases, but 15-19 is roughly flat. So if that’s actually when affirming care started, if there’s any possible conclusion to be drawn about trans youth here (probably not due to the low % it makes up), if anything this chart shows the opposite of what they’re claiming. But as is typical of the GC, they go off their script without actually looking at the data…
-
Lol you guys are idiots. It’s possible the title of this thread is true, but that chart doesn’t come close to proving it. That is a chart of ALL suicides, we’d need to know how many of those were from kids with gender dysphoria to even show a correlation. Most likely those are an extremely small % of the total number

I just bumped the “Desantis and his stupid laws” thread which included some similar discussion. There were examples of math “being taught differently” for blacks. There have also been other threads talking about standards being lowered across the board, but I’m not aware of standards only being lowered for blacks or minorities. You could argue affirmative action in college admissions was a form of this, but I think there is truth to the argument that SAT scores are impacted by privilege so at least originally it made sense that some blacks would be admitted to Ivy League schools for example despite lower SAT scores, because with more resources as a kid they may have had better scores. But I’m OK with that going away now as it seems in recent years the affirmative action in college admissions was mostly just making it easier for “privileged” blacks to get in and thus hasn’t really been working for it’s intended purpose.

Sorry, didn’t get a chance to review these links when you posted them originally. @Voltaire this is what I referenced in the other thread. Just skimmed through most of them, at least the ones without a paywall. A couple were idiots, one was just talking about how as a minority mathematician they experienced racism from other mathematicians at conferences (so not saying math itself is racist). Several of them were mostly just talking about how the names of theorems and such were not credited to the minorities that truly discovered them and instead credited to whites, which I guess can be considered racist but at the end of the day I’m not sure if will really impact performance. Although along those lines several of the articles (2 of the links were the same exact story btw) talked about how a school tried to include references that might make blacks feel more included in order to hopefully improve performance which they acknowledged was less than their white peers. But I’m sure you would consider that CRT. Oddly enough I thought the CNN article had the best argument for why “math is racist,” but of course it’s a far cry from what the GC implies when they say “the left thinks math is racist!” It was talking about how algorithms use zip codes to determine things like loan interest rates and prison sentences. This is racist and is basically a modern day version of redlining. I’ve said in other threads that it’s not racist to say that “on average blacks commit more crime” or whatever, but it is racist to then apply those averages to all blacks.
-
Your earlier comment about math inspired me to look up prior GC discussions about how exactly the GC thinks the left says math is racist, and as I expected, it was mostly just broad comments like “the left says math is racist!” without any details as to what exactly the left has said. One of the few times there was some details provided, was literally in consecutive posts from @Dizkneelande where he appeared to believe a claim that 21% of math textbooks submitted in Florida contained CRT. I will bump that thread shortly with my reply.

The Geek Club: the term racist has lost meaning because the left thinks math is racist Also the Geek Club: math is CRT!!!

The people I listed were real racists though, especially the first 7. I get that people that may make a joke that can be considered racist may not be truly racist, but I don’t think saying “dindu nuffin” is really a joke.
