There have been a few D1 football players also wrestle in college, but not usually in the Big Ten which is by far the best wrestling conference. To have 2 wrestle each other would be kinda crazy. Kueter is a true freshman and has not wrestled in college yet after just finishing up football season, but was an age level world champion, and Hutmacher hadn't wrestled a match in a couple years until like a week ago, but in high school was a 4X state champion and IIRC pinned everyone he wrestled his last 2 seasons. Here was Hutmacher's first match back. Apparently he had to cut like 40 pounds in a few weeks to make 285. Iowa and Nebraska are in the hunt to be the #2 team (Penn State will kill everyone), and this team match could come down to this heavyweight match. I'll take Kueter if it happens. I know most of you won't care, but if you want your kid to make the NFL, they should probably wrestle in the winter.

Not to mention he must have been somewhat worried about Covid considering he went to a witch doctor to get “immunized.” Are you saying he was right that whatever that was was actually effective against Covid? While it was still effective against infection pre-Omicron, no it didn’t “stop the spread” and yes the biggest benefit was the reduction of symptoms. As a result, mandates likely saved lives of people who may have otherwise died had they not gotten it. That said, I still don’t think it should have been mandated, I’m a little surprised @squistion still does

Yeah, as I think about it more, compared to Vivek and Desantis, Trump’s position is the most reasonable. Desantis signed a six week ban and Vivek, while saying it should be left up to the states, confirmed he was pro-life and said that “life” starts at 5 or 6 weeks. So Trump’s comments will still hurt him in the general, but maybe not as much as his Republican competition
