Helene Disaster Response: The Regime leaving Red States to die?
TimHauck replied to Tree of Knowledge's topic in The Geek Club
@Gepetto and @Strike, I believe you forgot to make comments like these to @jonmx -
Lol what a dumb post. You do realize “Biden’s first day on the job” was literally the peak of covid deaths of the entire pandemic?
-
Poor people are seeing wage growth too.
-
The Trump vaccine that the idiots here think is killing everyone was the biggest factor in getting the economy going again.
-
The reason they’re going back to 2019 is because Covid screwed up all the stats. Here is median real wages (wages adjusted for inflation): https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/LES1252881600Q They actually peaked in May 2020. But it’s misleading because the spike exactly correlates with when unemployment spiked: https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/UNRATE/ And we know lower paid workers were hit hardest by unemployment at the start of the pandemic, so the “median” actually increased. So basically you have to compare to pre-covid for a more accurate comparison. And real wages were exactly the same in Q4 2021 as they were in Q4 2019, and have mostly gone up since. They did go up faster under Trump however. So Trump’s economy was better which is the main reason I’m voting for him, but to the subject of the thread, Biden’s economy is not nearly as bad as many are making it out to be.

Twitter adopts 'poison pill' to prevent Elon Musk takeover
TimHauck replied to Utilit99's topic in The Geek Club
Quick glance at the replies and I don’t see anyone talking about Mars. Most people either complaining that people can’t afford to have kids because of inflation or blaming libs for pushing the idea of not wanting kids. Do you really think that post had anything to do with colonizing Mars? Also, do you think Hunter Biden d1ck pics should be allowed on x? -

I didn’t interpret that as anything to do with his own opinion, but rather a gross oversimplification about his thoughts on each of the generation’s opinions. -

@F1erce, care to admit you were wrong? -

He seems to be implying wokeism is why you don’t want kids, @Horseman -

You think military helicopters are deliberately sabotaging hurricane supply relief areas. -
Reminder that @Horseman is a liar. Now he’s claiming the posts were deleted. He is not a serious person.

Here was my last post on that. I admitted I was wrong that he was supposedly “planning” to testify, but that we’d never know for sure if he would have. I also had admitted that I didn’t realize there were supposed to be hearings in front of both the Senate and House, and it was confirmed by a senator that he refused to testify in front of Senate, so I was still skeptical he actually would have showed up for the Congress one. edited to add: So the post I cited was never really proven to be fake. On the other hand, @Horseman has probably fallen for like 5+ fake social media posts just in the past month. -

TimHauck replied to Utilit99's topic in The Geek Club
This is a joke right? Are you suggesting because Musk took the “America” handle he’s not going to make political posts from his personal account anymore? If so, holy fock you’re dumb. For one, that’s already not happening. And even if it was, he didn’t need to take a handle that was already taken in order to do that. Speaking of censorship and @Horseman’s blatant lies, also a friendly reminder that after the Georgia school shooting Musk was censoring searches for the name of the shooter. -

He never actually did. He had said he was going to but was arrested before he got the chance, so neither of us were proven correct on that one. -

TimHauck replied to Utilit99's topic in The Geek Club
Again, why does it have to be a comparison? And again, there is more to being politically neutral than just not censoring one side more than the other (lololol at “only” conservatives though). X is not politically neutral. Musk using his power as owner of the site to take an inactive username to directly support Trump is proof of this. Kudos to @nobody for seemingly being the only righty here willing to admit that. -

You thought the kid killed in North Dakota’s mom was already on her way to pick him up from a night of underage drinking at 2am, and he wasn’t specifically calling her because he was afraid of the crazy dude. -

I never said it was against X’s policies to do that. I said Musk used his authority as the owner of the site to be able to do it, thus inserting his politics into actions of the company. -

Weird that whenever righties like you and @Strike get proven wrong you usually just disappear and don’t actually admit you were wrong. Still waiting on those discord screenshots, liar. -
