  1. I think this is where @Reality chimes in with, “Liberals? Do you know their voting records?” Oh wait, that won’t happen this time. But yes, death penalty if true
  2. Are you saying you have a mental disorder, Mr. gaywebcam.com?

Welp, Trump has no chance of winning now

Yeah, as I think about it more, compared to Vivek and Desantis, Trump’s position is the most reasonable. Desantis signed a six week ban and Vivek, while saying it should be left up to the states, confirmed he was pro-life and said that “life” starts at 5 or 6 weeks. So Trump’s comments will still hurt him in the general, but maybe not as much as his Republican competition

Welp, Trump has no chance of winning now

I’m not saying it’s a primary issue. I’m saying hopefully someone else wins the primary because now he has no chance to win the general, which it seems like you agree with. But, this issue would likely doom Desantis as well.

Although Desantis had some abortion decisions that won’t do him any favors as well. What’s Vivek’s stance?

Dems planning their commercials now using this video
  7. Yeah I thought this was common knowledge. GC is full of idiots. Doing a brief search about the Buffalo shooter I don’t even see any mention of his presence on the mainstream social media sites like twitter, Facebook and tiktok. He was apparently posting stuff on discord and 4chan but seems like even those were taken down, of course not before people saw it. But part of what he posted was a manifesto, not a video about his friend drinking Gatorade which is apparently where one of the “genderfluid” hashtags came from.
  8. If all those statements were true, they aren't mutually exclusive. Although technically Horsecrap's were not entirely true. He did not post asking what holds others back from transitioning, he replied to someone else that asked that and wrote he "didn't want to look ugly." Nonetheless, that does imply he was thinking about it, but to @Ron_Artest's point there doesn't seem to be any evidence he had started to (not to mention he had a beard on the day of the shooting). Still, by using "they" pronouns and the fact that he apparrently expressed attraction to "femboys," based on what we know I think it's fair to include him as part of the LGBTQ community. But, still looks like the motive was bullying, most recently of his sister. https://nypost.com/2024/01/04/news/who-is-iowa-school-shooting-suspect-dylan-butler/
  9. You certainly seem knowledgeable about this, but then it would seem odd then that shotguns were used in very few of the highest body count instances. This list includes 22 shootings and 374 victims, with only 1 using a shotgun alone (and only one other using a shotgun + a handgun). https://www.adn.com/nation-world/2022/05/27/mass-shooters-exploited-gun-laws-loopholes-before-carnage/

Because those DNA test website are for-profit junk. It's OK, you're not the first Geek to think Jewish was a race. It's not.
  11. Well we know the principal (among others, although some could have been the result of the same trigger pull) were also shot, so it seems likely he fired multiple times. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2024/01/05/perry-shooting-iowa-high-school-principal/72118272007/ Yes, I know we’ve had this conversation before and IIRC your argument centered around the skill of the shooter, referring primarily to people that were in fact skilled shooters. I can’t remember if we discussed it last time, but do you still think a shotgun is easier to kill more people in a school setting than an AR-15, for an unskilled shooter?
  12. According to the NY Post, he had “plans to kill many more” https://nypost.com/2024/01/04/news/who-is-iowa-school-shooting-suspect-dylan-butler/
  13. Except you’ve got someone in this thread saying trannies should be banned from schools
  14. I said this in a different thread, but yup. Although not yet confirmed if this one was even a tranny, and this of course was also not a mass killing.
  15. While it doesn’t specify the ability to better kill multiple people, “Preparedgunowners.com” in a post from 2016 agrees that an AR-15 is easier for an untrained person to use than a shotgun or even a handgun https://preparedgunowners.com/2016/07/12/why-i-plan-to-switch-from-a-shotgun-to-ar-15-for-home-defense/ I assume the don’t tread on me logo at the top means this site doesn’t really cater to libs, FWIW. Actually because I am a centrist here is another post by the same guy also from 2016 talking about how having a “good guy with a gun” present tends to help reduce the number of casualties. https://preparedgunowners.com/2016/06/16/fact-armed-citizens-do-stop-mass-murder-active-killers/ I don’t think there needs to be less guns in general But to your point @EternalShinyAndChrome, particularly if people plan on carrying regularly, they need to be trained. However I think additional red flag laws and possibly limiting AR-15’s and such could help reduce the number of mass shootings or at least the number of victims.
  16. Some of them are. But the other difference is that school shooters are more likely to have used legally obtained guns. So additional red flag laws and whatnot might actually prevent some school shootings (albeit not this one), which unfortunately probably isn’t the case with gang violence. That’s not to say we shouldn’t care about Chicago or other inner city violence, but it’s a much tougher issue to solve, and would be more about helping those folks get an education and employment, and not additional gun laws. Although back to your question, “but Chicago” also often comes up when AR-15’s and such are discussed since technically handguns are used in most shootings overall. But here’s a quote from an article that @Strike provided in the Maine shooting thread (thanks buddy!), showing that 67% of incidents where 6 or more people were killed involved “assault weapons.” Obviously an “assault weapon” wasn’t used here but also only 1 person was killed.
  17. Yeah, isn’t that kinda the argument for restricting AR-15’s and such? That they make it easier for an untrained person to kill multiple people?

    Jewish isn’t a race
  19. So he had a shotgun but only killed 1 person? The GC told me shotguns would be more effective for school shootings
  20. The ironic (and sad) thing about the “schools are putting litter boxes in for kids that think they’re cats” line being brought up in this thread is that the true story behind it is that it was schools in the Columbine area put them in so kids could have a place to pee if there was a school shooting…

    Coronavirus - Doomsday

14% of Republicans polled thought the unvaccinated should be put in camps https://heartland.org/wp-content/uploads/documents/011321-Crosstabs-Heartland-COVID-Jan-5-2022.xlsx
  22. Cool, good to see you disagree with the narrative that “violent trannies are a major problem”
  23. @Cdub100 thinks the solution is more bullying

    Coronavirus - Doomsday

Now, for some reason, the county has just reinstituted a mask mandate for healthcare facilities in the county. Yeah. @Strike’s post was fine until he got to the point about complaining about masks. The guy quoted said he’s more worried about flu than Covid. Looking at the flu stats in 2020/2021, it’s possible, maybe likely that masks did more to prevent flu than Covid.
