Lol if you believe this nonsense. Sure, there were a few “conspiracy theories” that became true: lab leak (always possible), you can get infected if you’re vaccinated (always true), masks don’t do much if anything (always possible), the vaccines will sometimes have side effects (always possible and known since early 2021), Omicron is causing more “incidental” hospitalizations and death (only true since Omicron) to name a few. But that doesn’t mean every conspiracy theory is true, you’re just making the battle harder for people arguing for things that are actually true. Some things that are not true, to name a few: -the vaccines did not help anyone -the vaccines are causing mass deaths -the vaccines are causing mass infertility -good or bad batches of the vaccine -the vaccine sheds -no one or few people actually died “from” Covid” -ivermectin is a miracle drug that cures both Covid and vaccine side effects

Lol if you believe this nonsense. Nevermind the fact that the vax has been around for 2+ years with no impact on births

Good (albeit long) centrist article from Prasad touching on this Topol story (TL/DR: people died and the election results were likely influenced by the vaccine approval being delayed a few weeks seemingly for political reasons), as well as some other policy mistakes around the vaccines most of which I agree with. Of course one thing that was not a mistake was the authorization of the vaccine as a whole. https://zenodo.org/record/7405924 -
I voted for Trump, twice. I felt pretty strong voting him over Hillary. I debated voting for Biden, but couldn’t do it.

Run out of actual photos to post and resorting to satire articles?

Similar story as OP. I guess DD drivers expecting tips by the mile as opposed to the cost of the food is actually a thing? But how many customers actually do that? -
COVID Vaccines Caused 300,000 Excess Deaths, $147 Billion in Damage
TimHauck replied to League Champion's topic in The Geek Club
Edward Dowd, lol. The funny thing is he already made this “mistake” previously, so maybe he’s just low-key admitting the vax isn’t actually the cause of the increase -

Has anyone ever been witch hunted more than Trump?
TimHauck replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
Oh man, I hadn’t thought of this. I’m not looking forward to when he dies from being old and fat and people claim he was assassinated -
Some good points here from Prasad that a centrist like myself can agree with:
-
Thanks Biden team for finding it and shutting it down

This doesn’t seem ideal

Lawsuit says police stood by for 13 minutes as her 30-year-old son drowned in the Tennessee River

The CNN article includes a photo which presumably is near the scene - -

I hear you can use old PlayStation controllers from Amazon for that, but they don’t always work -

The police are denying that they "prevented reasonable or safe attempts to rescue," so yeah, that part will be the most telling from the bodycam footage, assuming there is audio of the conversations with the civilian(s) -

Yes presumably someone would have had to hold onto the other end, unless they tied it to a tree or something. Yeah the more surprising part of the story (if true) would be not even allowing other people to toss him something, but yes, if someone really wanted to jump in I'm not convinced the police should have legally been allowed to stop them. -

So your argument is the police in the story from the OP were "in control of the situation"? Is that what you're going with?
