There is a video of a United employee saying “it was because of what came out of your mouth,” and after Longoria says it was about the misgendering the United employee says “there was more than that.” So, I am right. Per usual.

My guess is she was told she had too many carry ons and then got belligerent, so probably a combination of the carryons + profanity, with a pronoun insult likely sprinkled in amongst the profanity.
