I’m sure the conspiracy theory will be that it’s really blacks making up the increase in “other” -

Yeah sorry it’s moreso minimal change and not necessarily no change. Which wouldn’t explain a “tenfold increase” in failure rates -

I’m no doctor but condensing a curriculum from 2 years to 1 seems like a pretty big deal. If that coincides with the decline in academic performance, then that looks likely to be the biggest factor IMO. I would need to see the data broken down by race to see where the increased failure rates are coming from to conclude DEI admissions played a role. It’s also not clear to me when the “Structural Racism and Health Equity” course even began, which would be an important detail. Hopefully you’re not suggesting the “Foundations of Practice” course is woke as well. Interpersonal skills are absolutely important to be a good doctor and is something many current ones lack. -

Boyo boy is right here. Also minimal change to number of whites as well according to the article. So all the patriots here really just want all the country’s doctors to be Asian. -
You know I was referring to this board, but I’ll play your game. Please provide evidence from someone with more than 100k followers that ridiculed homemakers. Edit: I’m not on tiktok. I’m not 12 years old like digby/ @Stryker Ryker

Cool so I can project all the Qanon people’s opinions as opinions you hold as well?

Lol. Saying people are stupid isn’t the same as saying “people aren’t suffering.” And you think Harrison Butker wasn’t saying being a homemaker is better than working outside the home, right? -

What’s an increasing stock price then? -

No, that’s you, like when you said this and still haven’t backed it up: If you think a declining stock price is “the definition of failing” like you said for Disney, then the economy is doing great. Unlike you, my views are consistent. Disney is not failing and the current economy is not great. -

Agreed, kinda like the people that say the stock market doesn’t mean the economy is healthy but also that a falling stock price means Disney is failing -

People that age have been through several recessions and periods of high unemployment though edit: Sorry I guess you’re being sarcastic lol -
His city of residence was already public. And considering it’s a city of 100,000 people I’d argue it is not “identifying” anyway. I would also argue that it would be difficult to prove that there was any malicious intent. It was a dumb way of saying he doesn’t live in Kansas City, there was no suggestion to do anything bad to him.

Isn’t it the righties saying that the average Joe doesn’t invest in the stock market and that’s why it shouldn’t be an indication of a healthy economy? Who of course also say that stock price is why Disney is failing. -

Extreme ignorance of unemployment figures is definitely the most shocking to me. Even if you’re just going off “feelz,” there’s no way it feelz worse now than when Covid first hit or after 2008 in regards to unemployment (although it could ultimately get that bad of course). I thought this was even acknowledged by the right, who instead claim “yeah people need to work 2 or 3 jobs to afford to live because of inflation!” (which in some cases is true). -
Correct, that’s why I said I wouldn’t mind if they released the employee’s name and city they live in.
