    Gutterboy's cognitive decline

Last week this life loser was bringing up 9 year old conversations, now he’s doubled it to 18
  2. So is that a no to my question? Or do you agree that Alec Baldwin shooting someone with what he thought was a prop gun was a “tragic accident,” not a crime (at least on his part)?

Trump and the National Guard Thread

    Good summary
  4. Weren’t you the guy that wanted Alec Baldwin convicted?
  5. This is what happened. He claimed he could see outside from where he was inside.
  6. The boy drowning wasn’t just an accident. It was negligence. The police agreed, but the prosecutor thought it’d be too hard to prove it. Your stance is not consistent, because Kourtney Kardashian quite literally holding her child is the opposite of what Brady Kiser was doing with the 3 year old.

Trump and the National Guard Thread

Reminds me of when digby tried claiming over half of the murders in the world occurred in 7 US cities or something
  8. What are the odds a kid on a boat that’s being held by his mom falls in the water? Do you agree it’s exponentially less than the odds a kid in a backyard by himself falls in an uncovered pool?
  9. I’d give her a better chance than a guy that’s not even paying attention
  10. Because she was holding her kid on a boat without a life jacket on? Lol. That’s literally the complete opposite of what happened here where the Dad was flat out ignoring his kid.
  11. She was not home, Dad was watching the kids. This guy isn’t helping Dads show they can take care of kids when mom isn’t around.
  12. Can you tell me why you brought Kourtney Kardashian into this conversation?
  13. I don’t know the specific laws, but I would say simply leaving your kid outside unattended with an uncovered pool while you’re inside should not itself be a crime. But if the kid dies, yeah, that’s a problem. I don’t follow Kourtney Kardashian, did her kid die due to her neglect? Doing a quick search I see some people complaining that she was holding a kid on a boat that didn’t have a life jacket on. Please tell me you don’t think that is at all comparable to this.

Calling someone stupid and a liar is not worse than calling them a retard, pedo and “fagot.” HTH
  15. That’s fine. Again I think the biggest thing about the bet is that the timestamps prove the negligence. And as Gutter said the guy lied about it. IIRC he initially claimed he was simply “connecting with the newborn baby”
  16. I’ve seen some people use that detail to argue to get rid of mobile sports betting, which is stupid. But IMO placing the bet (and watching the game that he bet on) is more than just being distracted. He also admitted to allowing the 3 year old play outside while he wasn’t out there, despite the uncovered pool (which they apparently had a net for but didn’t have in use). If a normal person had to go take a dump they would bring the kid inside first (or at least put the cover on the pool).

    Too bad he won’t

Oh no, he called someone stupid and a liar! -says the guy constantly calling people pedos, retards, and “fagots”

Yikes, @BrahmaBulls is both triggered and obsessed, not a good combo.

    Israel Gaza thread

Palestinian filmmaker in the West Bank (reminder: where Hamas is not in control) that worked on an Oscar-winning film, films his own murder by an Israeli settler who had been previously sanctioned by the US (sanctions were removed by Trump). The murderer was initially released on house arrest, then released from house arrest because he told the judge he didn’t do it. Israel wouldn’t even give the family the dead body back until after dozens of women from his village went on a hunger strike. This isn’t just a rogue crazy dude, he’s being enabled by a corrupt system. Strike and Jerry, it may take a little longer, but I think one day you will realize you were on the wrong side of history. (X posts from an Israeli journalist. There was even a little US coverage about the initial arrest, so maybe we’ll see more on it from them, especially since they can blame OMB for it).

Jerry has been posting a bunch from the Free Press recently. Tim Dillon really bashing their valuation and unwavering support for Israel here:

Yes Jerry, he was specifically targeted. The IDF has taken credit for it. This one has actually gotten some press in the US. https://www.newsweek.com/al-jazeera-confirms-journalist-anas-al-sharif-killed-israeli-strike-2111501 https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/israel-kills-al-jazeera-journalist-it-says-was-hamas-leader-2025-08-11/ https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/broadcaster-al-jazeera-says-correspondent-212006477.html

    Israel Gaza thread

British surgeon that assisted at Gaza hospital describes Palestinians coming in with injuries as victims of “target practice.” “It appeared to us like there was a game of target practice being played,” he says “One day, they would be coming in predominantly with gunshot wounds to the head or the neck. The next day, there'd be a gunshot wound to the chest…. Then four young teenage boys, 13, 14, came in, all of whom had been shot in the testicles. This clustering of injuries was so striking, the numbers on some days were so great, it was inconceivable that it could have been coincidence.” https://zeteo.com/p/doctors-gaza-humanitarian-foundation-target-practice
  24. Yeah I think hot car deaths are probably comparable to what happened here. But when that happens (like in your link) there are usually charges. Part of the reason this is more newsworthy IMO is because the dad is not being charged, despite blatant negligence. Another part of the reason this one is newsworthy IMO is because the mom is somewhat “famous.” I had heard about it previously, and was initially on board with it being a tragic accident. But the sports bet thing just came out, and apparently the bet was literally placed at the same time he was in the pool. Which makes it a lot less of an accident.
  25. It should be a much bigger story than a couple getting beat up in a street fight
