But if you fall under “obese” then good chance you’re fat. 6’ 215 would only be “overweight” according to the CDC/NIH https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm But gain another 6 lbs and you’re fat.

The BMI definitions for normal and “overweight” are kinda nonsense IMO. 6’ tall and 140 lbs ain’t normal. But once you get into the “obese”’ section (NIH puts it at 30, not 29), you’re definitely fat unless you’re super jacked. Which if 6’ tall would be anything over 220.
