It’s possible there was anti-Christian stuff in there, as there were reports that the manifesto had “something for everyone,” and that could be part of the reason a specific motive was not released by the police.

This is a lie. The only thing that was hidden was the manifesto, which has been done in other cases as well. Usually the reason manifestos get out is because they had been posted online somewhere.
